Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pine Point Beach

Our family enjoyed our stay at Gregory's home. Home and amenities were as pictured and described. Space was tidy, smartly appointed, and clean. Home was close to Old Orchard Beach and we were able to walk there multiple times during our stay. The hot tub was much appreciated and we were able to relax after days filled with sight seeing and shopping. Gregory was communicative and had a response rate of approximately 12 hours. I would recommend bringing reusable bags for any shopping as it seems Maine has discontinued complimentary bags at stores.

Beautiful home with water views, amazing location to walk or drive into Portsmouth or the outlets in Kittery.

This is a great place to stay, 5 mins walk to the beach and about 20 min walk to the center.

We booked the Beach Bliss House in OOB for our girls' weekend. There was more than enough room for the 8 of us to stay comfortably, and we especially loved the large kitchen/dining area. The dining table can easily seat 8-10 and it was put to good use for our meals and card games. Although we could only enjoy it for a couple of hours due to the weather, the roof top deck is amazing. The ocean view, ample seating, and hot tub are so inviting. At only 3/4 mile to the pier, you can easily walk to all the action in the center, and head back to the more peaceful location of the home when you're ready to relax. The beach is just steps away! This would be an ideal place to stay for a summer vacation. The host, Jason, was VERY responsive to any questions we had, replying to messages almost immediately. We would definitely consider staying here again and recommend to everyone.

Judy was a great host. First the place is amazing. A cottage filled with little nooks and interesting treasures, it sits up in the trees so that you feel like you are in a treehouse. Judy has outfitted the place with everything you need for a great stay. And we didn’t even get to partake of the yard full of fun activities. We’ll have to come back to take advantage of all this special place has to offer.

We loved our time staying here, the house was beautiful and just as described/ seen in the pictures. Randy was a great host and always very responsive with some great local recommendations. Would definitely love to return!

If you’re looking to stay in Portland, this is the place! Everything about the property was pristine. It felt classic and elegant, but with modern touches. Directions were easy and clear, linens and amenities were fantastic, and communication with the host was always very prompt. It’s located on a beautiful quiet street, but only 5-10 mins to downtown Portland and the bridge over to South Portland. Don’t hesitate to book this place for your next stay.

The place was great! very cozy and comfortable with a great location to so many beautiful state parks in an adorable town. Awesome that it's so close to Portland even though it felt like a world away because of how adorable the town is. the hosts were great, Deborah was so Incredibly sweet and offered so many fantastic restaurant and food recommendations (we followed several of them!). They had so many things available for you just in case you forget something (even umbrellas and rain coats!) Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Normand and his wife were simply amazing. From the eggs and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived to the homemade cookies on our check out. The place was very cozy and comfortable with tons of toys and games for kids and adults. Normand was very accommodating to any request and even helped me chase the puppies when they accidently got out. I would highly recommend this!

Wonderful location and stay. Every detail of functionality, comfort, and cleanliness was carefully considered and I loved the beach themed details. Great ocean view from the patio and 1 min walk to the beach. Joan is super responsive and friendly. One of our favorite stays and would definitely book again!

Loved our stay! The airbnb is located above a restaurant, so parking in the assigned spaces can be a bit tricky if you arrive at night, but still no issues as we parked in a restaurant spot until we could move the cars later. The location is great, walkable to town and the cliff walk. The inside was more spacious than we anticipated from the photos and it was so nicely decorated! Would definitely come back! The side door was a bit tricky to lock, so I’d recommend only opening if you plan to use the little porch area with the full wall opened up.

Adorable, idyllic, comfortable, serene. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our Maine Minimoon! Some places have 5 stars and aren’t really legit — this is not one such place. Hillary’s place fully deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We look forward to staying again soon!!

Great location that is nearby for runs/walks and quick driving commutes to downtown and other hot spots. The space was cozy and clean.

This is the perfect stay for two people for a getaway in Portland! You'll get a quiet spot in a nice neighborhood that is walkable to anything you would want to do or see in town. Sharon and Eric were awesome hosts and their place was a great place to recharge each day after being out and about in Portland. Highly recommend you book here!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

Great location (definitely check out Pedro’s across the street). The place was clean and well stocked with necessities. Beds were comfortable, pillows were good, curtains would have been nice due to the early sunrises.

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

Jennifer's place is AMAZING! First, it's steps away from the ski lift. Not only can you make first tracks, but stopping for lunch/breaks/warm-up is super easy - ski to your door! Getting in was a breeze: pull up, get the FOB, grab a luggage rack and park in the designated spot by the door and you're done. No long walks hauling ski gear through endless parking lots. The condo is spacious, super comfortable, and great for hanging out. We had 4 adults and 4 kids (8-11) and we had plenty of room for game nights, dinners, and lounging after a long ski day. The bathrooms are big (and even a jet tub for bubble baths). And immaculately clean. Full kitchen equipped with everything you need. So great to have washer/dryer to get gear ready for the next day. And the heated pool/hot tub is a short walk, both are big and a hit with the kids and adults. And did I mention how clean the place was? The unit is on the end to give extra privacy and easy access. Six stars!

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

We only had two nights at Dave’s place but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The decor was great and matched the Maine vibe while it also had all the modern amenities an Airbnb needs. Only ten minutes into the centre of Portland and very close to the beach as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully stocked. The washer and dryer were also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely lovely place ! We would definitely recommend it. Very clean and easy to find with a great view! Understandable that people can’t go into private docks and property we just wished there had been a place to sit outside by the water - the view is spectacular and none of us had even heard of Badgers Island before - next time we want to walk the island a bit more than we did! Highly recommend!
