Holiday rentals with beach access in Pine Point Beach

We had an excellent stay at this property. The host was wonderful, providing us with plenty of local recommendations and always friendly. The house was easy to find and exactly as described in the listing. It was spacious with plenty of amenities and a well-stocked kitchen. The decor was upscale and tasteful. The only downside was some noise from people walking upstairs, as the house is quite old. The neighborhood was lovely and it was easy to get downtown via Uber. Overall, we highly recommend this property, especially for friends and couples.

This place was amazing, great location and so peaceful! I loved that I could walk to the beach and the Main Street. It was also nice that it was only a 20 min drive from the main city Portland

Normand and his wife were simply amazing. From the eggs and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived to the homemade cookies on our check out. The place was very cozy and comfortable with tons of toys and games for kids and adults. Normand was very accommodating to any request and even helped me chase the puppies when they accidently got out. I would highly recommend this!

We had such a cozy and comfortable stay! The space was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and the little touches made it feel extra welcoming. The location is also superb! Extremely walkable and close to tons of amazing restaurants. One of our favorite parts was starting each day with a walk along the Eastern Promenade which then led us to make our way into beautiful Old Port. Meredith is a wonderful host- so kind and friendly. Her pup is extra cute too. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

it's a magical location and such a well appointed apartment. as someone who has hosted on airbnb, I really appreciated all the amenities they had. the hosts are so dope as well. you cannot go wrong with the place, the location, or the vibe.

Jean is a cordial, friendly on site owner manager who takes great pride in her accommodations. No detail is too small to get her attention. Our unit was crisp, clean and delightfully appointed. We could not have been more pleased with our stay and delightful accommodations.

Loved our stay! The airbnb is located above a restaurant, so parking in the assigned spaces can be a bit tricky if you arrive at night, but still no issues as we parked in a restaurant spot until we could move the cars later. The location is great, walkable to town and the cliff walk. The inside was more spacious than we anticipated from the photos and it was so nicely decorated! Would definitely come back! The side door was a bit tricky to lock, so I’d recommend only opening if you plan to use the little porch area with the full wall opened up.

Great stay at Susan’s place! Everything you could need for a stay in Portland with a great host. Spotless and private apartment with great local recommendations, and Susan left us donuts on the day we left! Would absolutely stay again.

Would definitely stay here again. Was really a first class space that made our family feel very relaxed.

Very spacious and clean. Less than 5 minute drive to OOB and 20 to Kennebunk. Perfect location for a coastal getaway.

Judy was a great host. First the place is amazing. A cottage filled with little nooks and interesting treasures, it sits up in the trees so that you feel like you are in a treehouse. Judy has outfitted the place with everything you need for a great stay. And we didn’t even get to partake of the yard full of fun activities. We’ll have to come back to take advantage of all this special place has to offer.

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

Just as described and just as charming and comfortable. Very welcoming to our dog with treats, towels, bowls…. And humans were very well taken care of too! We will go back and highly recommend you stop there too.

David could be the greatest Airbnb host we’ve ever had! He was extremely attentive and answered all my questions before, during, and after the stay. We had a welcome packet of snacks, drinks, and small gifts for the kids waiting for us when we arrived. The skee ball machine was actually even more fun than we thought it would be and we used all the various games included in the house for a memorable “family Olympics”. The neighbors were quiet and it was easy to get to some great destinations like Portland and Kennebunkport. David’s house was a lot of fun!

Amy was very helpful and communicative and generous with an end of season late checkout. We were in town to celebrate my Dad’s 85th and she even offered to help with balloons! The place was perfect for us with my young nephews. The unit was well stocked with plenty of kitchen tools and cookware and dishes. There were plenty of linens and towels available to us. Very convenient to pine point beach. We would love to visit here again if it worked with our schedule.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

Great location (definitely check out Pedro’s across the street). The place was clean and well stocked with necessities. Beds were comfortable, pillows were good, curtains would have been nice due to the early sunrises.

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.

I went with a couple of friends for a relaxing weekend in the fall. It was lovely to have the beach so close by! We took a short day trip to Ogunquit where there was quite a bit of activity; lots of shops and restaurants to check out. Coming back to Melissa's place was cozy and relaxing. Since this was off-season, it is pretty quiet in the area. I felt more comfortable taking a stroll to the beach in the evening with a friend but would be hesitant to go alone. Despite that, we got the weekend we wanted: peace, relaxation, the ocean, things to do nearby, and a place to stay that was quiet, cozy, and clean. Thank you Melissa!

My stay here was wonderful! The perfect homebase for our trip. Everything was exactly as described and then some. A great sea breeze and a cozy space to rest and relax before hitting the beach or walking into town. I felt right at home. I can't wait to go back again! 💜

We loved our stay! The space is beautiful and cozy. The walk to the family friendly beach was just the right distance for my 4yo. The neighborhood is adorable and friendly! With an amazing bakery and ice cream shop just around the corner! Dave was a great host and took great care of us.
