I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect: quiet enough to relax, but close to everything I needed. Megan was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The house has an extremely spacious layout for a large group of people that provides everyone their own privacy. Conveniently location to Yosemite, beautiful location on a creek, and super responsive host! We stayed for 2 weeks, and we would love to stay again at this place!

We had a wonderful stay! The home felt so cozy and inviting—very homey and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The surrounding scenery was absolutely beautiful, and we were lucky enough to see deer, wild turkeys, birds, and even a bear right in the backyard! It was such a unique and peaceful experience. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the house and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet nature escape.

Had very clear directions to the Airbnb and it is a good distance away from the Big Oak entrance of Yosemite only 20 minutes. Our flight was late so I couldn’t meet the owner but they were flexible with the check in so I appreciate that aspect of how they run things

We had a very enjoyable long weekend at Jake's home. It was very comfortable and spacious. The location is quiet and relatively close to Yosemite, but be aware that it takes an hour or more to drive to most locations (Yosemite Valley, Hetch Hetchy, Tuolumne meadows, Mariposa Grove, etc), which can get tiring after a while. The house is in a gated community and it took us nearly an hour to get in the first night, due to a long line of people arriving at the same time. This was frustrating after the long drive, but lines at the gate were always present and it usually took us about 15 to get back in, which makes a short drive to the supermarket a much longer endeavor. Groveland seems to be economically depressed. It looks like most of the tourism stays inside the park or at the resorts (Rush Creek, Firefall Ranch, Evergreen Lodge) and the town has very few services and amenities. Restaurants close very early and many shops and services only open during the summer season.

Loved this stay for our trip to Yosemite! My family and I would leave in the mornings to go explore Yosemite which was an hour drive, not too bad! The kids LOVED the game room and gave them their own space to hang out. Definitely recommend this place!

Great stay; the house is very nice and as described/pictured in the listing. Would definitely stay here again.

He responded quickly to all of our questions and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. We truly appreciated his attentiveness and the smooth experience he provided. The Reverie lovely and SOOOO spacious! The home is in a beautiful location and you can easily tell it is special to the owners. The pride they take in providing a nicely appointed place to stay is evident. No one in our big group (13 adults and children) ever felt crowded. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable with clean linens and lots of extra towels for the bathrooms. There are a couple of darling areas for young children to explore and be creative. With two dining areas there is table room for family dinners and games. The coffee bar is a fantastic addition and was fully stocked for our coffee and tea needs. Manda was friendly, responsive to questions, and eager that we enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend this delightful home!

Beautiful cabin and perfectly located for a trip to Yosemite. We visited during the holidays so we had a long wait at the entrance to get inside Pine mountain lake each evening. The cabin itself was very clean, comfortable, well stocked and my family had a really great time.

We had such a lovely stay at this house in Groveland. This was a nice location to stay at, walkable to Pine Mountain Lake area and not too far from Yosemite. Michelle was a great host as she responded quickly to my questions about staying there. The house has everything a family like ours would need - everything to feel right at home, everything we needed to cook with, items to use for little kids like ours (i.e. high chair) plus Michelle included extra snacks and amenities, which was very thoughtful. We definitely recommend this place!

The place is comfortable and the children love it, they played for hours, my family and I enjoyed the cabin and we had a wonderful Christmas!

Loved this place! I've stayed at Airbnbs inside PML (Pine Mountain Lake community) before when visiting Yosemite. This is part of the community but outside the gated area so you don't have to deal with traffic entering the community or the extra parking fee. The house is as described and Aleksey is a responsive host. I found it convenient for visiting Yosemite and right by shops/restaurants in Groveland.

We stayed here while visiting Yosemite NP. The town was the cutest and had really good restaurants! We loved the Mexican restaurant, two guys pizza pies and Hungry Bear Cafe. The grocery store had a lot of options! There is construction through July at the main gate (that you have to enter through) and it would take 20-30 minutes to just get through the gate sometimes. Then it’s another 20 minutes to the house. The marina beach area is for residents only on the weekends. The AC was turned off when we got to the house and it took a while for it to cool down (communication with vacasa was immediate) but the house was fantastic and super clean with everything you need. There was no laundry detergent- so bring your own. Also, I’m such a book nerd and there were fantastic book options! My kids (12 and 10) loved the loft area. The house is very up to date with everything was easy to find and use in the house. When leaving the house to go to Yosemite, go out the other gate. It’s quicker

Pine Mountain Lake is a beautiful mountain community with lake access, beaches, restaurants, and a real sense of peace. It’s a gated area, and all weekend long I saw cars lined up just to get in—meanwhile, I was lucky enough to be staying inside. Lisa’s cabin was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. She was responsive, thoughtful, and went out of her way to provide helpful local tips. I’m genuinely grateful for her hospitality. I enjoyed it so much I’m even considering a move to the area.

Our multi-generational family had an absolute wonderful time in this fabulous place. The house was very clean and well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Coffee in the mornings and card games in the evening on the beautiful deck watching the local bald eagles hunting across the stunning Pine Mountain Lake was magical. The water toys were amazing - we have tried every one and enjoyed. First time for the kids and in-laws doing paddle boarding and kayaking. This has been a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation and we all hope to return again soon.

Olga’s home was cozy and perfect for our little getaway to Yosemite. Very convenient for getting to the park or any other activities in the area. We were able to make dinner but also order dinner and the views on our walks were beautiful. Great bedrooms for all. Clean, comfortable. Thanks Olga!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jason’s place, the house was very cozy and welcoming, the neighborhood was quiet and very peaceful, lots of wildlife around such as deers and turkeys. You get to enjoy the lake and the pool on a hot day and Yosemite park was very close. We really had a blast ,me and my family are very thankful with Jason.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Yosemite and want some tranquility. It is pretty remote but within the pine valley community which is a gated one . The house itself seems new and was pretty clean. Lovely touches such as the box of chocolates and a hand written welcome note were much appreciated and felt personal. I believe the hosts really tried to provide the best experience and tried to think of everything guests would need in this remote location. Would recommend this place!
