Our stay was fantastic! The townhouse was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. He provided great local tips and also very clear instructions. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic place- had to wait 20 minutes for the cleaners but kindly offered 2 hours longer to check out. Highly recommended

The house was spotless and we felt right at home. It certainly helped that the location was 12 minutes away from the wedding that we were attending. Everything was clean and in place and we were able to easily find everything we needed in the kitchen as well as the bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this house if you have to stay in the area.

My second time booking this place when I’m in Orlando to spend time with family and I never have a complaint. My dogs love the backyard and we always feel right at home! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We decided to stay here because of the photos (very beautiful and hilarious!) and the location is perfect. The house is very comfy, cozy, and just as expected (except we couldn't find the dinosaur costume.... womp womp). The patio is an awesome place to relax. We liked that there is a dedicated workspace so we could work remotely during our stay. Everything we needed was provided and the shower products are high quality. The host is amazingly friendly and quick to respond. Overall, everything was perfect, and we enjoyed our stay. 5/5 would stay here again! Thank you!

LOVED Sarah’s place! Highly recommend! Super private, safe, and peaceful neighborhood! Pretty central as well, and one of the nicest airbnb’s in the market for Orlando by far! Sarah was super responsive and well-communicative and very proactive!!

We had such an amazing time at this place! It was much bigger than we expected which was nice. Huge TVs in every room. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Super cute area of Orlando and close to Wekiwa Springs. Kitchen was stocked with every utensil/pot/pan/dish we could possibly need. Pool was big and the backyard felt private. We didn’t want to leave!

This Airbnb is definitely one we will keep in rotation. With an elderly in-law, we needed a place with a fourth bedroom. The bonus was the pool and we took full advantage of that just to relax and enjoy. Everything we needed was close by and easy to get to. All in all the hosts home felt like home. We hope to stay again in the future.

This place was spectacular. Sometimes with an air b and b experience, you hope the place is as pleasant as the pictures. This was such a wonderful surprise. Immediately it felt cozy and peaceful, surrounded by nature, wood and botanical details everywhere. But it surpassed that - Every detail of this place had been touched with diligent character, you immediately recognized the owners of this place genuinely cared down to the last morsel of decorations, plates, games and books. Nothing was forgotten. I HIGHLY recommend paying for the extra amenities which made our stay incredible; we booked an extra day just to relax and absorb the relaxation. It was one of the best parts of my trip to Orlando. I cannot speak highly enough about this place, I feel like we’ve found a rare gem in the business of air b and b’s. I cannot wait to book our next stay. This place made you fall in love with Orlando and treating yourself to a hidden oasis away from the modern rat race. INCREDIBLE!

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

Had more than what we needed and was a great spot to recharge from the daily adventures we had. Would book again if in the area.

What an amazing 2 weeks with family!! Don’t hesitate to book this GEM of a home! It’s beautiful, peaceful (on a culdesac) SUPER QUIET at night, great spots to eat at the waterfront and all around Minneola in general. We had an issue with warming the spa and both were very responsive, ordered the part and within 2 days its was perfect. This house had EVERY amenity you would need and then some…games indoor and outdoor, kids books, fire pit, swing, blankets to cozy up on couch, dog bowls, leashes, toys etc. They truly make you feel like it’s home. We can’t rave about it enough!! We were only a short half hour drive away from Disney also. Our 2 small dogs absolutely LOVED chasing lizards and frogs around the pool area! We would LOVE to come back if they would have us! Thank you again for being such great hosts! All you do to make your guests feel comfortable at home does NOT go unnoticed! I had a wonderful stay at this property. The host provided clear and concise instructions, making the check-in process seamless. The house itself is beautiful, offering a perfect balance of privacy and comfort. Renting the entire place gave us the space we needed, and it came equipped with all the essentials. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and practical getaway!

Everything was organized and clean the place was beautiful .

We had an amazing stay! The place was perfect in every way; perfect location and easy to get to…as we used Uber a lot. Close to all the Disney parks and Disney Springs….less than 15 min Uber. There is a Starbucks next to the building which was awesome. Nicoleta is a fantastic host, replies right away and gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions. Communication was great and she is very attentive. Again, very impressed with the place. All the amenities you need and very comfortable and clean. Was also a huge bonus to have 2 bathrooms.

All the rooms and house were spotless and smelt great! the pool was awesome! and the BBQ grill came in handy! Everything was labels IE controllers for fans/lights. as well as bathrooms. it is also nice that there was a security system for us to use if we wanted to. The beds were extra comfortable and soft! overall pretty good overnight stay.

The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

Matt’s cottage is so comfortable and well equipped. I was traveling with my English bulldog Henry. I was looking for a place that was close to downtown Orlando as I was attending a wedding. When I arrived my first impression of the home was how comfortable, quaint and wonderfully decorated. Henry and I took several walks around the neighborhood. The surroundings are just beautiful and it steps from a golf course. The homes in the neighborhood have lots of character and are just beautiful. I definitely will stay again if I ever end up back in Orlando. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay and you don’t want to be in a hotel. This is a great option. Don’t hesitate to book.

Beautiful house with an amazing outdoor space. The pool is huge and clean. Lots of pool floats and toys to play with as well. The beds are pretty comfortable with microfiber sheets and comforters. There is a crib in the master bedroom. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen. The hottub is turned off during the day, not sure what time it is turned on, and is set to turn off at 10pm. So that seemed to be tricky but Lam would turn on as soon as I asked. The thermostat seemed to be raised during the daytime hours as well. Bring your own throw blankets. With that said we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the lovely home.

Wow was my reaction to this property. The host not only communicated very well and clearly, they decorated this place so nicely! Comfy bed and spacious kitchen. I loved all the funky vibes and the patio was a plus while in town for work. I will be booking again. They never disappoint!

Super cute and quaint, easy to access. Daniel and his family were great hosts, easy to go back and forth with. Was proactive with sharing the backyard space and helpful with anything we needed. The space was so nice and clean, just enough space. Great area also, so much around for shopping and eating.
