We had a wonderful three night stay at Hemashanthi Latha’s place. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Hemashanthi and her daughter greeted us with warm smiles and a refreshing king coconut, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture. The house was exactly as described. superb, spotlessly clean, and incredibly peaceful. It felt more like a home than just a place to stay. The surroundings were private and serene, making it a perfect escape within the city. All the facilities in the house were well maintained and convenient. We especially appreciated the ample parking space and the ease of coming and going at any hour without any issues. A special mention goes to their lovely dog, who added an extra layer of warmth to our stay. Such a friendly and beautiful furry companion. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, homely spot in the city with a truly great host. Thank you, Hemashanthi, for making our stay so memorable.

Thiushanj along with the chef and housekeeper was extremely welcoming and friendly they accommodated every need of ours from food to some shoppings which included from liqueurs to medicines and to a birthday cake which we requested from a place almost an hour ago highly recommend the place . From the moment we arrived,we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home ( Dammi aunty was extremely supportive and kind). The accommodations were impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The owner was exceptionally attentive , friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was the serene surroundings, or the peaceful atmosphere, this place truly provided a rejuvenating experience. I can't wait to return 😊 highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Nice place with 24 hours security personnel available. The area is very private and only has about 13 ish houses. The owner Isuru communicates well and attends to matters immediately. We were just only 2 people but the house is ideal for more people with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms where the upstairs master bedroom comes with AC unit which was our main reason to book. Easy access to Kottawa and Piliyandala area. We loved the temple being right across the road. Isuru managed to turn up when we were leaving the house as well.

Excellent place for a couple or a family of three. It is an independent unit. A huge bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, the single room has excellent air conditioning. It's neat and clean. It is well situated near a number of restaurants, such as Nelum Kole, which is only a few meters away. Everyone, even cab and tuk tuk drivers, is familiar with the well-known Sri Lankan restaurant Nelum Kole. Many supermarkets, vegetable stores, hair salons, and laundry facilities are within walking distance, including the closest large town , Maharagama. During our visit, Sarath's brother in low Gamini and his family next door, as well as his sister downstairs, were an assistance. There were a few necessities when we got there like milk, tea and sugar. Over the last five years, we have stayed in various apartments in Sri Lanka, and this was the nicest one. Best villa in Bolgoda area! Thank you for the fantastic service provided during our stay. The villa is a masterpiece of elegance, boasting spacious rooms, modern amenities, and exquisite decor. We were unable to find the location when we got there but Anill(Care Taker) was really helpful he literally came to where we were and guided us. Sri Lankan Breakfast was brilliant. What a gem of an Airbnb! Roshan's newly built house truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean it was. The kitchen is fantastically equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bedrooms are wonderfully cozy – perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is ideal, offering easy access to the main road, which meant restaurants and shops were just a stone's throw away. Roshan is an absolute delight as a host; his responsiveness and genuine care for our comfort were evident throughout our stay. He continuously checked if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. We can't wait to visit again!
