Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

The unit was on the 3rd floor (rooftop), so if you are traveling with senior, it’s not advisable since malalaki steps ng stairs. Malaki ang balcony. The room was just right for 4pax. Mainit sa tanghali, di kaya ng AC, so good thing may electric fan to help circulate the air. Plates were a bit small, we were 4 and had 4 plates. So wala kami magamit pang serving plate. We were able to cook sa terrace since not allowed to cook inside, which is ok lang. CR was okay naman, with bidet, flush & hot water. Pero maliit yung drainage so matagal mawala water sa floor pag naligo ka. I liked that they have free drinking water, and it was self-check in. So nakapasok kami with no issues even at 12 midnight.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described, it was clean and comfortable. The host was nice and very responsive. Would love to stay here again in the future 🤩

We had a wonderful stayed at Boots place. The place was close to everything. The unit was clean. Communication was very good. We'll stay again here next time. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

Thank you Sir Mel. My family enjoyed your place. Very generous with toiletries that we do not need to use ours. Place is quiet and safe, we slept very well. Both rooms upstairs has bathroom and another 1 downstairs that is very helpful for us coz we do not need to wait for each other to finish. Fully airconditioned even downstairs. It also has a room for house maid which is useful for us coz we brought our helper with us that day. TV has netflix 😍 One thing I will suggest is if you can install big mirrors in the rooms as it is difficult to prepare and do makeup in small mirrors in the bathroom. But overall this is perfect. 👌 next time we need to do something in Muntinlupa area, I will book this again.

Tita Loida is very accommodating. Never had a problem with anything. Place feels very homey and comfortable. Accessible to stores so you won’t worry about buying stuff. Will definitely go back again! ☺️

The place is clean and well-maintained. It has two spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each with a toilet and bath (one located inside the master bedroom), and another bedroom near the kitchen area, where a separate powder room and bathroom are located. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 13 of us. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets were super clean and fresh. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, including plates, spoons, forks, knives, glasses, cups, and other cooking tools. Appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, and an induction stove are also provided. It’s also great that the house is equipped with a water heater.

The place is very accessible. Self check in was smooth. The place was in great condition when we arrived. Clean and very comfortable. Wifi is lightning fast kahit marami kami. Malamig sa place. We had a great time.

We extended our stay and Sir Jovanni was able to give us good deal discount. He’s very easy to communicate with. Nice and cozy place and Ms Regina is very helpful since she always helps to find a ride from the place and also gives a lot of possible recommendations.

Jeanette is a very wonderful person very helpful and easy to communicate with. She was very helpful. I will definitely book Airbnb with her again.

it is a safe place to stay and very near to the market, church, drugstore and just a few minutes away from Kamay ni Hesus. Commendable.

Maria’s place was amazing. My in-laws felt home and safe during their stay. Had a little hiccup during check in but they were very responsive and resolved it straightaway. Will definitely have their place as an option the next time I have someone staying in San Pablo.

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

Very cozy and quiet room, hosts are very responsive to questions, and location is very accessible and the check in is very easy. Great place for quick getaways without breaking the bank. It was clean, spacious and makes you feel at home. A perfect place to relax and chill with friends and family. Very affordable, comfy and has complete amenities. I love the interior design very simple yet elegant. And what I really like the most is their high-quality kitchenware and utensils, it's very neat. It was conveniently located near at the mall,stores and fast food. To the owner Ma'am Monaliza, she is very responsive, generous and kind. We will surely coming back again. And for Ms.Honnie thank you so much for your assistance. She's very cheerful and charming.

This is my 5th time booking the unit. As expected the place is very cozy, clean and smells great. Marc is responsive and considerate. Highly recommended!
