The latter is located thirty minutes south of Clermont-Ferrand, right next to the village of Vic le Comte (Small city of character). You will find some of the most beautiful villages in France such as Montpeyroux, Usson, Saint-Floret, Saint-Saturnin, 20 min by car. For ski lovers, you can go to the slopes of Super-Besse, which are about forty minutes away.

Relax in this quiet and stylish place. This house has a real story because before it was so beautiful, it was an abandoned house where legend says that a family with 5 children lived there. It is certainly one of the first houses in the village. We put all our energy into making this place pleasant and modern. The highlight of this house? Ideal for a family stay. This rental is located 10 minutes by car from the A71 - A75 motorway (direction Montpellier / Paris), 15 minutes from the A89 motorway (Bordeaux / Lyon) and 20 minutes from the city center of Clermont-Ferrand.

We will be happy to host you in our 43 m2 cottage, with private terrace, located in an authentic village in the heart of Auvergne. It is functional and composed of an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet and a large bedroom with a small sitting area (convertible sofa 140 cm x 190 cm). The accommodation is adjacent to our family home but it has independent and autonomous access.
