Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette appartement très bien équipé. Rien ne manquait. Tout était très propre Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Alissa qui s’est occupé de nous donner les premières instructions. Le centre historique est accessible très rapidement avec le Métro à proximité. Linge de lit et de maison à disposition. La terrasse est un vrai plus. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésiter.

Le logement certes petit est très bien placé dans le quartier de Trastevere. Une odeur d humidité persistante un manque de luminosité et la porte de la salle de bains est à revoir. Serena nous a accueilli avec professionnalisme et grande gentillesse, elle nous a même réservé un taxi pour le départ . Personne très disponible et réactive .

I cannot even begin to describe how perfect this cottage was for our trip in Rome. It was a 10-minute walk away from either the Tram, bus, or train, which allowed easy access to anywhere we needed/wanted to be. The cottage is perfect; it feels secluded in the city with the terrace and patio. We travelled with teenagers, but it would be great to travel with children here. We used the pull out sofa as well as the bunk beds for the kids, as they enjoyed the space from each other and it worked well. Groceries were close by, as well. It really felt perfect (with laundry and A/C to boot!). Giacinto picked us up from the train station which was unexpected but so appreciated!! It was 30 minute train ride from the airport…really easy. Communication with Giacinto was great. We will recommend Giacinto’s place again and again.

Z pobytu u Livii jestem bardzo zadowolona. Mieszkanie było zgodne z opisem: przestronne, gustownie umeblowane, z dużym i bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem. Do wyłącznej dyspozycji gości jest duży taras ze stołem i krzesłami. Często z niego korzystaliśmy pijąc kawę lub wino. Czystość w mieszkaniu i łazience idealna 5/5. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne naczynia, przybory kuchenne oraz oliwa i inne przyprawy. Livia przygotowała poczęstunek. Zostawiła też wodę w lodówce, masło oraz do wyboru zestawy herbat i kawę. Livia jest bardzo sympatyczna i gościnna. Miło zostaliśmy przez nią przywitani. Poleciła nam ciekawe miejsca do zobaczenia, przygotowała specjalnie dla gości informator i mapę miasta. Od razu zarezerwowała na wieczór dla nas stolik w restauracji. To bardzo miłe. Kontakt z Livią był doskonały. Reaguje na wszystkie pytania i ewentualne prośby. Dziękuję Livio za Twoją gościnność :)

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean and such a cute space—perfect for our visit to the Vatican. The location couldn’t be better; not only could we see the Vatican from the patio, but it was also just a short walk away. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area, and Pamela provided some excellent recommendations for restaurants. Just a heads-up: there are quite a few stairs to climb after taking the elevator most of the way up, which might be a consideration for anyone with mobility concerns. But overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place! Pamela is a great host and made us feel very welcome—we would definitely come back!

Es war ganz toll bei Paola in Testaccio! Paola ist sehr freundlich und flexibel, das Viertel ganz reizend und die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich!!!

I stayed in Paola’s beautiful apartment for a month while studying Italian. It’s one of the loveliest places I have ever stayed. The “terrazza di sogno” is even more spectacular than it looks in the photos. The neighborhood is a wonderful. I loved being in a real Roman residential area away from the tourist crowds, but still with great access to the city centre. An absolutely wonderful place, and Paula is a lovely host.

We were there for our honeymoon, Aleandro helped us with a Honeymoon deco with roses and notes. It was just wonderful. Everything was just perfect. Home location was nearby to the trams , bus, and walking distance to metro and especially to the main attraction colosseum. The home is spacious with Kitchen amenities especially with dishwasher. We enjoyed the whole 4 days we were there. Thank you and greatly appreciate it!

We absolutely loved our stay in Rome. The apartment was close to the train line, reí de Roma, and the neighborhood had markets, restaurants and anything else you could ask for. Our host was kind and responsive. When we come back to Rome, I will be looking for this same apartment!

L’appartamento è un gioiellino, curato nei minimi particolari, ordinato, pulito, silenzioso. Non solo: Alessandra ti fa sentire a casa, lasciando a disposizione l’indispensabile per fare colazione o preparare un pasto, cosa assolutamente non scontata e non dovuta. Una speciale menzione va allo spazio esterno, arredato in modo perfetto per vivere momenti di relax e consumare pasti in assoluta privacy e tranquillità. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo. Great place to stay! The accommodation is exactly as described and in the photos. Laura is a wonderful host, helped with check-in and check-out, gave valuable recommendations on places worth visiting. Highly recommend!

Camilla was extremely responsive. We had issues with our flight and she was super accommodating to our check in times. Nice clean appointment and recommend staying here if visiting Rome. Not too far on the train and nice a quiet. Great restaurants around the area too.

Wonderful Airbnb in an excellent area. It is on a side rode so it is a quieter area. The host was so generous; she even left us a bottle of wine! The hot tub was phenomenal and just what we needed after a long day of exploring. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone and everyone!!

Tomasso's property is conveniently located. A few minutes walk to the subway, with a train that takes you to a majority of the tourist attractions. The host was also very hospitable and forthcoming with recommendations.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la casittta de Nina. Elle était très propre, bien servi de tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin et très confortable. Roberto était toujours à l'écoute et très arrangeant. Nous avons seulement eu peu peur au début car l'emplacement ressemblé être au milieu de nul part et un peu dangereux pour rentrer tard le soir. Mais au fil à mesure nous avons constaté que nous étions en sécurité. Un grand merci!!

Great apartment in Trastevere! several amazing restaurants within a short walk and a fun coffee shop/bar on the corner. Also a small market next store with breakfast items, fresh bread, meats, and wine. Apartment is very comfortable and the balcony is lovely at all times of the day. Kitchen well equipped with all needed to cook meals if interested. Beds comfortable and has fans/ac. Walked all over Rome from this location, would highly recommended.

Alice’s place was beautiful and on a nice private street! There were many good restaurants and bars around the area in walkable distance. Perfect location for our stay, thank you Alice!!!

This was a perfect “home away from home!” I will miss the sounds of the birds in the mornings, and my walk to somewhere ancient and beautiful, with my cappuccino in my hands. There is a wonderful bakery downstairs we would stop at every morning, and La Forchetta d’Oro, where we had dinner three times this week! Beautiful apartment, great location!

Amazing place! 15 min walk straight to the Vatican, close to great restaurants without the crowds, bus stops and metro close by. Took my 80 year old parents and two toddlers, and the accommodations met all we needed to care for them. had so many toys, fridge fully stocked with food for our arrival. Chinzia is the best host. She responds so quickly and is truly a gem. Caring, understanding, attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

Our group of 9 had a wonderful stay here. There was plenty of room even for our large group that included 3 kids. The apartment is bright, open, and inviting, and you really can’t beat the location. Our host Frederico was extremely responsive, checked in with us often to make sure everything was going well, and arranged us last minute transportation back to the airport after our stay, which took a lot of burden off of us. I can’t say enough of how wonderful a host he was, making our stay in Rome comfortable and memorable!

Cristina’s Airbnb was perfect for our group of 6. Her husband met us at the Airbnb and showed us around the apartment. Cristina was very responsive to any questions we had. The Airbnb itself is in a nice location- close to Rome’s main attractions but still far away enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment also has an elevator which was nice for our older guests and luggage. If we come back to Rome I would not hesitate to rebook Cristina’s airbnb.

This place was fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay. There were some pros and cons to the apartment. Pros: great location! Near a lot of restaurants and few minute walk to Piazza di Spanga and Trevi. Bath tub was the best part! Easy to cook some meals in the kitchen. Cons: in order to get the hot water to work we would have to turn on the kitchen sink and then the shower when we wanted to use either. There was no seat cover on the toilet as shown in the pictures. Half the lights did not work in the apartment

Thank you Dario! We would highly recommend this incredible location. Easy to get to most attractions and great food is just outside your front door. Great experience couldn’t be happier with our stay. I appreciated the apartment and the safety features of the locked entrance was a big plus for us. Definitely made our trip to Rome great!
