Holiday rentals with a patio in Pigneto, Rome

From the moment we stepped into the place it felt very cozy. In a very quiet neighbourhood and as mentioned, a minute walk to the bus stop to take you to the city of Ancient Rome. Places to eat nearby as well. The highlight of the place was the spacious outdoor patio, where we took nap each afternoons. The place itself was equipped with nice comfy bed, kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove where we made caffe every morning. The bathroom was nice and clean, we had one minor issue on day 1 but Apollonia and her partner came over right away at night to fix it and now that is going above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Grazie Mille :) Again, I can’t emphasize the Catello home, would definitely recommend this place and will book it again without any hesitation.

A wonderful apartment done to a very high standard. Aircon was very much appreciated during our stay and the cleanliness was 10/10. Metro is only a few minutes away so it’s super convenient. The ability to check in early was appreciated as we landed quite early and Abrahin was so helpful and accommodating.

Bianca has been very friendly and helpful, the flat was nice and cozy, we highly enjoyed it!

Gregory’s apartment was such a great place for our family of 4. The apartment was just as described and very clean. It was extremely private and very secluded, it was easy to sleep in though with the room darkening shutters! We didn’t mind! The apartment had everything we needed including in unit laundry. The kitchen was very functional. We loved the terrace! Gregor was very responsive and accommodating. He even let us stay and extra hour so that we didn’t have to wait at the train station on our way out. A moments walk from attractions, cafes, grocery stores, pharmacies. A wonderful hidden gem in the heart of Rome. I hope we can return someday. Thank you, Gregor!!

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Excellent apartment!!! Very close to the metro station which connects you to all of Rome. About 25 minutes' walk from the Colosseum. Impeccable apartment. I liked everything! Very clean and tidy, with everything you need to spend a few days in this beautiful city. Having air conditioning is a plus, especially after having toured the city on hot days. I highlight how kind Daniel and Anda were. Excellent hosts.

Stayed 7 days in this lovely apartment in basement, 2 large bedrooms, large terrace. Cutlery, glasses and plates are limited (6 pieces of each) and there is no dishwashing machine. Quiet area with metro Re di Roma is a 10-minute walk away.

One of the best of the many Airbnbs I've stayed in. We could really feel that we were staying in someone's real family home, and Sabina took real care in making us feel at home, even leaving us champagne, fruit, bread and local sweets -- really above and beyond. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and loved our stay (and wish we could have stayed longer). Very charming neighborhood outside the main stressy area of central Rome!

This might be the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to. Claudia was super responsive and helpful, it is located right on the bus to FCO, perfect for both spending a night before or after a flight. Check in was smooth, and the host kindly leaves snacks, toiletries, yogurts, and tons of hot drink options in the kitchen for the guests to use - absolutely perfect. I highly recommend

The place is near the bus stop and termini station. You can easily get food by getting outside, I highly recommend to eat at Pizzeria Al Pigneto. The host is very friendly and helpful. I have no complain but the place will be better if they change the sleep lights to yellow instead of white.

Antonella is a very attentive hostess. We didn't miss anything at the place. The fast internet is worth highlighting. The apartment is well located for events at the Olympic Stadium.

A lovely little studio apartment in a peaceful and beautiful location. Has everything you need. Simone was incredibly helpful and very responsive. We even returned to fresh towels during our 4 day stay - which we hadn't expected.

My mum stayed in Gabriele's apartment for 12 days. We couldn't have asked for more. The apartment has recently been completely renovated. Very bright and beautifully furnished. Featuring a terrace with a wonderful view of the Roman aqueducts. The spotless house is equipped with all comforts. The owners were simply delightful, always available and kind. I recommend everyone to stay in this apartment! We'll be back in autumn!

Amazing place if you have good energy to climb the 4th floor with luggage and no elevator. But this is a good price for being in the center of Rome and very old historic neighborhood. Rooftop patio is a real gem, but again not for people with physical disabilities. We spent amazing time there!

Rome was fantastic but exhausting so it was great to return home to such a nice place.

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

Great location, friendly suburb outside of the aeralian walls, lots of local spots, very close metro with a change at termini gets you anywhere in Rome. Riccardo and co were very helpful, I recommend this air BNB.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Very nice and cozy apartment! Everything was perfectly clean, the bathroom was convenient, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space. We especially enjoyed the cozy little courtyard where you can have your morning coffee. The neighborhood is wonderful — just a 10-minute walk to the metro, green and peaceful. There’s also a fantastic restaurant with delicious Italian cuisine just 5 minutes away — Grazia & Graziella. We had dinner there almost every evening. It's very popular with the locals, so if you want to immerse yourself in the authentic Italian atmosphere, we highly recommend dining there. The stay exceeded all expectations!

A comfortable stay outside of the downtown 12m away from the Jonio station. The place is cozy and has a good kitchen to cook etc. I definitely recommend this place just be sure to be as clean as possible due that insects from the outside may come in. Overall a good experience.
