Condo holiday rentals in Pigneto, Rome

We had a great time. Pigneto is a buzzing area; lots of bars and restaurants open every night, but the bedroom was not noisy. Very nice to start the day outside on the balcony with some coffee. We went to the city centre by metro, easy. For diner there were more than enough options in Pigneto itself. Loved it.

We had a lovely stay at Shahrukh’s property. We felt very comfortable and relaxed with all the needed amenities & more! The place was very clean and had a cosy feel. Shahrukh is a great host, amazing communication and so friendly. Couldn’t be more pleased we chose to stay here for the night, wanted to stay for longer! 😊

Alessandros Wohnung ist in jederlei Hinsicht ein Hauptgewinn, wenn man in Rom verweilt. Die Wohnung an sich ist sauber, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnhaus ist super gepflegt und man fühlt sich außerordentlich sicher. Für den täglichen Versorgungsbedarf findet man alles innerhalb von 10 Minuten fußläufig. Der Weg vom/ zum Flughafen ist unkompliziert. Viele der bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms kann man mit dem Bus 81 sehen und erreichen. Den Hop-On-Hop-Off-Bus kann man sicher sparen, denn die Buslinie 81 klappert wirklich super viel ab. Wenn man bis zur Endhaltestelle fährt, ist man beim Vatikan. Die Wohnung ist im 5. OG und lässt sich bequem über einen Fahrstuhl erreichen. Der Wohnbereich und beide Schlafzimmer sind mit jeweils einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist riesig. Der Kontakt zu Alessandro ist klar, unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder :-)

Simone was a great host, place it really modern & nice. however the neighbours were noisy till late & then early in the morning. made the suggestion to include a picture of the entrance to make the apartment block easier to locate & Simone suggested that he will add this to check in instructions.

Sehr ruhige Lage. Wohnung genau wie auf den Bildern. Alles sauber. Wohnung ist in einem Souterrain dadurch ist es immer sehr angenehm. Klimaanlage hat auch super funktioniert. Lage ist gut aber man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man zum Zentrum ein wenig braucht. (Termini ist aber in direkter Reichweite) Öffentliche Anbindung ist aber super (Metro, Straßenbahn und mehrere Buslinien) Absolut weiter zu empfehlen! Gastgeber sehr nett und auch was die Eincheck Zeit betrifft waren sie flexibel.

Giuseppe and Maria truly live up to their Superhost status! Our flight was delayed, and we had trouble with public transport late at night—but since they were around, they waited for us, and kindly picked us up from the airport around midnight. From that moment on, everything was perfect. The apartment is in a great location with easy access to public transport, making trips to the city center very convenient. Warm, welcoming hosts and a smooth stay—highly recommended!

Sarah war eine wundervolle Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns schon freudig am Fenster erwartet, wodurch wir uns sofort sehr willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber und ordentlich – ein echter Pluspunkt! Die Lage ist gut angebunden; mit der Tram erreicht man von Rom Termini in etwa 15 Minuten die Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Zugänglichkeit zur Unterkunft in der Nacht. Ab ungefähr 22:30 Uhr fahren die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nicht mehr, weswegen es manchmal etwas schwierig mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr nachts zu der Unterkunft zu kommen, zudem waren die Busse, die abends vereinzelt gefahren sind, oft sehr voll. Nichts für Nachtaktive. Trotz dieser kleinen Einschränkungen würden wir Sarahs Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, besonders wenn man Wert auf eine herzliche Gastgeberin und eine saubere Unterkunft legt.

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

El apartamento es igual a las fotos, tiene lo necesario y es bastante cómodo. La ducha es algo pequeña. El barrio no es el más bonito de Roma y está algo retirada del centro, sin embargo hay cerca varias paradas de tren y bus. El entorno es muy muy romano, nada turístico.

Charming 2nd floor apartment in fantastically convenient location, eg., just a few minutes walk to the Colosseum. The space is cleverly arranged within what was clearly once an elegant old apartment - 3 separate, secure and private quarters with a small shared vestibule /utility. Very simply but tastefully modernised to a high standard - esp shower room & bedroom. We were very thankful to find that it did in fact have an AC unit in the bedroom (vital between May & Sept). Access to the apartment was clear & simple. The apartment exceeded our expectations & we would most definitely recommend it for two/couple of any age (esp older or less mobile as there is an old-style lift, which is useful after a long hot day walking all over Rome) who like to go out to eat. Whilst the “kitchen” has all the essentials, it’s really a large free-standing unit with an integral fridge and 2 stove electric hob, so it’s not really kitted out for cooking. Overall, it was perfect for a long weekend.

Mihaela was waiting for us at the apartment and we were warmly welcomed. The apartment was probably the cleanest I've ever been to, it was beautiful and we felt that everything had been thought thoroughly. As a host Mihaela was very friendly and provided us great tips to explore Rome. I definitely recommend this apartment and would love to visit Rome and this apartment again. In addition it was a super nice bonus to have Guest Netflix account😊 5/5☺️

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Michele and Esela’s house. It’s a lovely home as described in the pictures and things that stood out for me: 1. Michele was very responsive, right from instructions to recommendations and even getting a small issue with the aircon fixed in a few hours. 2. Small things were taken care of like adapter plugs, a well stacked kitchen and laundry and even some milk and yoghurt in the fridge. 3. The house is located close to the train station and has a supermarket nearby that’s open until late at night. I would highly recommend Michele and Esela’s property.

Can’t get any more local than this! Really felt like a Roman staying here! Great area close to Termini and tram stops surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants with truly amazing food! We found ourselves spending more time in our neighbourhood rather than going more central! The apartment was so cute and had everything we needed! Amazing value for money!

El departamento de Giuseppe y Lucrezia superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Es amplio, completo y muy limpio. Cuenta con todo lo necesario y mucho más para disfrutar de la estadía. La ubicación es inmejorable, tiene vida de barrio, con bares y restaurantes en las cercanías, a la vez, está muy bien comunicado con los puntos turísticos más importantes. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables, estuvieron atentos a todo, nos dejaron café, té y dulces para desayunar así como una diversidad de bebidas en la heladera. Ojalá podamos volver pronto.

My son and I stayed at Fabio's place for 2 weeks. It was a super comfortable stay in a convenient location: easy to get to the Metro B or buses on Tiburtina, local restaurants and one the best gelato places, Lubrano, steps away.

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

This is a sunny, comfortable 2BR flat; compact yet the many separating doors allowed for quiet and privacy. Not new but not tired or tawdry, this bright, expansive, flat--including the cozy balcony flows well and is especially quiet and relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. There are food markets and some intriguing dining options at hand as well as a wonderful family restaurant just a 10 min walk --5 min from the metro station. Being near the B metro, just 10 stops (15 min) from the all-connecting Termini station was convenient and provided for more comfortable living quarters at a more reasonable price. Also, from appx June 1 to Sept 15, the outdoor swimming pool is accessible to enjoy--another plus of being out of the center-city. Aldridge was very attentive without being intrusive, and quick to respond--often in person--whenever there was a glitch or the need arose. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

Wunder … Wunder … Wunderschön. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Schon im Vorfeld hat uns Svilena mit „Rat und Tat“ zur Seite gestanden. Ein herzlicher Empfang erwartete uns dann bei unserer Ankunft. Lage, Lage: mitten in der Stadt (der Bus fährt vor der Tür ab, die Tram nur 100 Meter entfernt) wird man von betörendem Jasmin-Duft begrüßt. Ein kleiner Pool, ein Relax Chill-Ecke und ein großer Tisch laden zur Entspannung im Garten ein. Die Außenküche ist einfach nur praktisch. Mit zahlreichen Designermöbeln ist der Wohn-/Essbereich wirklich hochwertig ausgestattet. Hier kann man am langen Eichentisch herrlich frühstücken oder dinieren. Alles in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Schlafzimmer, die Bäder, Nachtwäsche, Handtücher … alles sehr, sehr ordentlich. Und immer wieder erfreut sich das Auge an schöner Kunst, interessanten Bildern und liebevollen Kleinigkeiten. Was fehlt: N I X ! Garnichts! Man kann sich hier wirklich nur wohlfühlen. Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Has a fantastic time a Guiseppe’s place! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The accommodation was very comfortable and clean! It was perfect for our family! The location was great for accessing all of the main attractions in Rome and Guiseppe was so helpful in guiding us in the right direction to ensure we had a smooth visit! Everything was great! And we had read other reviews so know what the challenges may be and were prepared for a little noise from the neighbours. But that was no real issue. Just overall a fantastic stay!

Stefano is a super star of a host and a new family friend!! His place is a a gem!! It has EVERYTHING., We could not ask for a better stay. Thank so much for your kindness and recommendations. I can’t wait to go back! If you are visiting Rome this is a great option.

Flavio harika bir ev sahibi. Her konuda yardımcı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ev ve manzarası huzur dolu. Yakın çevrede alışveriş ve yemek yenecek iyi restoranlar mevcut. Villanın diğer sakinleri misafirperver. Tekrar gelmek isterim. Eğer arabanız ile geliyorsanız villaya dış kapıdan giriş yapmak için linke bir süre önceden tıklayarak dış kapıyı açık hale getirmeniz gerekiyor. Villaya giriş dar ve trafiği işlek bir yoldan yapılıyor. Dış kapıdan çıkış ta çok kolay değil bu yüzden. Bir de sivrisinekler ile ilgili önlemizi alın.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in toller Lage. Abends is diese Gegend sehr belebt, dennoch hört man wenig in der Wohnung. Leider war die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sehr laut. Der Pool und der Garten sind eine Oase. Der Pool ist erst von 11 Uhr bis 13 Uhr und dann wieder von 15 Uhr bis 18:30 Uhr zugänglich und man wird von einem freundlichen Aufpasser überwacht. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ein ganzes Stück weg. Taxis stehen jedoch am Plazza Trilussa. Vom Flughafen aus gibt es regulierte Taxipreise (55€) für die Fahrten, sodass man kein Taxi vorbuchen muss. Rodel ist sehr hilfreich und zuverlässig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
