An ideal studio for a couple or for a family of 3. It has a double bed, a small folding bed, kitchen and bathroom and a balcony with spectacular sea view. It also has a private garden, outside the building, one floor below.. The apartment is easily accessible from the center, bars and restaurants, grocery stores and the train station. Our home is located on the hill of Pieve Ligure. It is surrounded by greenery, in a family and peaceful setting. From the house and the garden, you can enjoy a splendid view of the Golfo Paradiso. The house has an outdoor area for reading, having lunch... The sea is a 10-minute walk down a gentle staircase; you can set off on various excursions from the house. The centre of Genoa is about 30 minutes away by car. Train and bus stops are a 10-minute walk away.
