Villa holiday rentals in Pietracamela

This is a beautiful property. It is quite remote but, if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing stay with gorgeous views, this is a very nice choice. We loved the history of the property and the vibe that remains with it today. The property is spread out on to three floors with the kitchen and living area on the top floor. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub area that was cleaned daily by a very friendly caretaker. And we especially enjoyed breakfasts on the terrace. We found our arrival a bit challenging with an infant in tow. An alternate local rep Ralf met us when I announced our arrival but the keys didn't work initially. Ralf (and a locksmith?) handled it smoothly though and once we got inside, all was well. The primary local contact Andreea was delightful...very communicative and helpful.

La villa è perfettamente conforme alla descrizione, curata nei dettagli e fornita di tutto il necessario al punto da farci sentire a casa. Abbiamo ricevuto indicazioni anche su punti di interesse nei dintorni e lo scambio con l’host è sempre stato veloce e chiaro. Host attentissimo alle necessità della mia famiglia, in particolar modo ai più piccoli, ho davvero apprezzato. Sicuramente consiglio l’alloggio.

Als je een heel fijn, privé gelegen, met een groot zwembad, goed voorzien van equipment, 3 badkamers, 4 slaapkamers, woning zoekt, dan ben je hier aan het juiste adres. Je hoort de vogels de hele dag fluiten, je kan lekker in de tuin van de natuur genieten, op korte afstanden van prachtige natuur, wandelingen, maar ook steden (o.a. Rome, Tivoli, Rieti) etc. dan zit je hier goed. Een nadeel; als je eenmaal hier bent wil je niet meer weg :-)

My wife and I stayed at margherita's Villa on May 18-26 and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa was even more spectacular in person , the accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the pool is inviting even on a chilly day. The panoramic views are spectacular. The location was perfect for us while visiting our family in Bucchianico. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning . 5 stars all the way around !!

Leuke plek om te verblijven met een goede locatie vlakbij Perigia. Prachtig uitzicht. Het ligt bovenop een berg. Auto is wel een must. Mooi groot huis met een zwembad en ligbedjes. Huis is groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Binnenkant is wat gedateerd, maar dat past bij deze woning. Voldoende zitjes en tafels buiten, waar je gezellig kunt eten en zitten. Ook is er een buitenkeuken, waar je kunt bbq-en. Kortom een aanrader. Host is ook supervriendelijk en behulpzaam.

La casa di Massimo è in una posizione incantevole, una vista spettacolare sul lago, in una zona tranquillissima. Abbiamo apprezzato il giardino recintato, soprattutto la nostra cagnolona! Massimo è attento è sempre molto veloce nelle risposte! Ci ha dato preziosi consigli per i locali dove mangiare e ha fornito tutto il materiale per cosa vedere nei dintorni. Peccato aver avuto a disposizione solo un paio di giorni.

We stayed for almost two weeks at the house, set in a stunning hillside plot overlooking Tagliacozzo. Paolo welcomed us on arrival, giving us a tour of the beautiful gardens and an overview of the house's features. Paolo and Aurora do not speak English, but with Google translate we were able to communicate very effectively. The owners live in the ground floor of the property but are not intrusive, so the place feels very private. We travelled to lots of different places in Abruzzo and Lazio, including a trip to Rome by train. The train station in Tagliacozzo is only a few minutes away and the train takes you to the centre of Rome in 1hr 20. Tagliacozzo is a lovely town. Make sure to spend some time there too, stopping for a coffee, experiencing the market day (Thursday) or walking up to the top of the hill, winding through the houses and churches built into the rock. Thank you to Paolo and Aurora for their warm hospitality (and the water, wine, eggs and grapes!)

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Siamo stati ospiti di Luisa per trascorrere il capodanno in compagnia di amici. Neanche il tempo di aprire il cancello che la casa dall’esterno ci aveva lasciato a bocca aperta. Non appena entrati ci ha rapito anche il cuore. Salone con vetrate immense, cucina professionale, camere con bagno privato curate nei minimi dettagli…atmosfera da film! Comfort e servizi di tutti i tipi inclusi e di alto livello. Pulizia impeccabile. Note negative? Nessuna. Grazie e sicuramente a presto!!

Giovanni’s place was wonderful for us. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is lovely. The house was tidy and clean and had all that we needed. Giovanni was very friendly and helpful and shared suggestions for local restaurants and outings. There is no stand up shower, however, and this proved challenging to one of the party as he had a foot injury and could not stand up in the tub. We mention this not as a criticism of the house at all, but just to let others know in case of accessibility issues/needs. We had a wonderful stay!

Sono stato al Casone per la mia festa di laurea ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessi fare. Lorenzo si è dimostrato gentile e super disponibile nel venire incontro alle mie richieste. ottima ricettività per la personalizzazione del soggiorno quindi. Il casone poi offre tutto ciò che serve per organizzare tavolate numerose in quanto dispone di una cucina con stoviglie annesse che potrebbe servire un ristorante neanche tanto piccolo. decine di giochi da tavolo e un biliardino hanno animato la serata. pulizia impeccabile. tornerò di sicuro.

Una location veramente speciale a pochi km da Roma. Il casale e tutto il parco circostante è tenuto egregiamente dai proprietari. Questo a dimostrazione di quanto siano orgogliosi di condovidere un luogo autentico tramandato da generazioni. Non vediamo l'ora di poter tornare!

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

Das Haus von John hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, atemberaubende Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und ein Außenbereich, der sehr viele Möglichkeiten bietet. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles an Ausstattung was man sich wünschen kann. TOP!

We hebben 9 dagen in Carla’s geweldige woning en prachtige omgeving doorgebracht. De woning is volledig uitgerust en alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. De locatie van het huis is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. Vanaf het terras heb je een adembenemend uitzicht over de vallei en de omliggende bergen. Het zwembad was schoon en netjes, en voldeed perfect aan onze wensen. Carla was altijd bereikbaar via telefoon en Airbnb-berichten voor eventuele vragen. Via deze weg wil ik Carla bedanken voor deze onvergetelijke vakantie en de fijne communicatie. Dank je wel, Carla 🙏

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

Vi reste två små familjer från Sverige, fyra vuxna och tre barn i åldrarna 1-6. Vår önskan var att spendera en vecka i ett bra hus med egen pool någonstans i Italien med närhet till Roms flygplats. Vi hittade detta fantastiska hus i Abruzzo som var en för oss outforskad region. Och väl på plats insåg vi att det var ännu bättre än vi hade kunnat föreställa oss. Mario och hela hans familj är fantastiska värdar. De är så stolta över sin Villa Nicolai, med all rätt, och vill verkligen att deras gäster ska trivas på alla sätt. De är lätta att ha att göra med, välkomnande, inbjudande och generösa. Huset är toppen! Tre sovrum, rymligt och fräscht badrum, stora ytor för socialt umgänge och ett välutrustat kök. Trädgården är helt underbar, välskött och rogivande. Poolen är stor och välskött. Villa Nicolai ligger i den vackra lilla byn Lettomanoppello, ca 20 mil från Roms flygplats, och därifrån kan man enkelt göra dagsutflykter av många olika slag. I området finns fina gamla bergsbyar, storstad och stränder. Naturen är fantastisk! Vi reste denna gång i slutet av juli när det var väldigt varmt. Pool, AC och skuggiga delar av trädgården gjorde att det fungerade bra. Jag kan tänka mig att det är ett fantastiskt ställe även höst och vår. Och jag har förstått att området är perfekt även för vintersemester med skidåkning. Rekommenderar varmt detta ställe och dess värd på alla tänkbara sätt!

We stayed for a week in Umbria with my extended family including small children and was perfect. The facilities including the pool was fantastic, the villa was secluded and quiet. It was very close to Spoleto so we took a few trips there and also to Assisi and other places. Finally the housekeeper Fabrizio was wonderful, and very attentive. We had some issues with having brought the wrong multi-plugs and he provided new ones to us within a few hours! Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, with friends or family. We will definitely look to go back!

Die Villa in Trevi hat uns auf ganzer Linie begeistert. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen, was sofort eine angenehme Atmosphäre schuf. Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet eine wunderbare Kombination aus Komfort und Stil. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die charmante Umgebung von Trevi zu erkunden. Insgesamt ein großartiger Aufenthalt, den wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Enzo was very nice and Caring. The views are amazing and this little town is magical. The apartment is small and cozy. Awesome coffee machine with milk frother and heater. And Enzo was very hospitable and helpful with everything we needed and flexible with our hours as well.

We waren sprakeloos bij aankomst: wat een mooi en fijn huis en enorme tuin, landgoed, er om heen. We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen duidelijke instructies. We hebben enorm genoten met de kinderen en kleinkinderen en familie en de hond. fijn verblijf, goede keuken en badkamers en lekkere bedden. heerlijk en goed onderhouden zwembad. ongeveer 7 minuten rijden naar t dorpje, waar een heerlijke pizza bakker is, om pizza's af te halen, tip van de eigenaar, adres us beschikbaar in de villa. boodschappen zijn goed te doen, ca 15 minuten rijden, bij een tigre supermarkt. we hebben leuke uitstapjes gemaakt: naar Rome, met de trein, naar Rieti, erge leuke stad, en we hebben bij zonsopkomst een mooie wandeling gemaakt vanuit t huis. verder lekker genoten van dit prachtige verblijf met elkaar. in de avond zaten we met zijn allen op een rij, boven op onze berg, in de tuin en genoten we van een prachtige zonsondergang. een magistrale plek voor een topvakantie! Sono partito con un gruppo di amici per festeggiare la Pasqua fuori da Milano e abbiamo fatto una bellissima scoperta. Villa stupenda e deliziosamente arredata. Host super gentile, disponibile e reattivo!
