A House with a view

Abbiamo scelto via Adelasia e questo appartamento per la pace che trasmette, anche negli affollatissimi mesi estivi. In auto il budello e le spiagge sono raggiungibili in pochissimo tempo (4 minuti), tuttavia in alta stagione il parcheggio risulta difficile, consigliamo quindi in questo periodo di scendere a piedi (12 minuti) o col pullman. La salita (18 minuti) siamo sicuri che sarà ripagata dal silenzio, la calma e dalla vista mozzafiato su mare e collina che vi regalerà il nostro terrazzo.

Spread over two floors, it offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with washing machine and dryer), air conditioning throughout (wind-free systems in bedrooms), central heating, and Wi-Fi suitable for video calls. The private kitchen is equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machines, ice maker, and more. A dedicated workspace is available.

Lovely two -room apartment with sea view in a recently built residence. 700 meters from the beaches, 1000 meters from the city centre. This is a quiet residence, silent at night. Gym is open everyday from 8 AM to 8 PM. Wellness area is open from Friday to Sunday and from 3 PM to 8 PM. During Christmas period the Wellness area is open from December 24th to January 6th, 2026. Non extra charges for access to Gym and Wellness Area. Pool open from June 6th to September 6th.
