Villa Amena is the ideal home for those who love large and quiet spaces close to the city. The beautiful terrace and surrounding garden allow moments of relaxation even in the open air. As you may have noticed in the available services, there is no washing machine, but a short distance from us there is a self-service laundry that is always open and inexpensive.

The flat has access to the Belfiore gardens which are one of the magical places in Mantua at any time of year. The gardens overlook the Mincio River, which forms the upper lake of Mantua. In the centre is a unique and extensive cultivation of lotus flowers that was planted in the early 20th century. The flat is 2 kilometres from the city centre, which can be reached in 3 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot via a convenient cycle path. The flat has an underground garage.

My house in the center

My house is located in the ancient historic center, in a 17th-century building. It is a 3-room apartment, finished renovating in 2018, located on the first floor, consisting of a living room with TV and double sofa bed, a brand new and spacious kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed, a large single bed, a wardrobe and a desk, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Accommodates up to 5 people. It is on the second floor without an elevator.
