L'appartement comprend tout le 1er étage de la maison, 118 m2, avec salon, 3 chambres, grande cuisine, sdb et wc. L'accès est indépendant, votre voiture stationnée directement au pied de l'escalier. Le grand balcon se situe devant le salon. Il n'y a pas d'ascenceur. Vous avez libre accès à la piscine. Le salon et la chambre au sud-ouest qui comprend un petit bureau, sont climatisés. L'accès Internet est par wifi. J'habite moi-même le rdc, il n'y a pas d'autres résidents.
