Cubic house for 5 people (maximum) in the middle of the orchard of a former hunting lodge located in the heart of nature 3 km from the village of Brinon-sur-Sauldre, typical village of the Sologne. Another cottage for 9/10 people on the property (Villa Bois Chaumont Cottage). You will be staying close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, Beauval Zoo. You will also discover the vineyards of Sancerre, Menetou Salon, Quincy… Many activities nearby. Hiking trails, canoeing, horseback riding…

Small air-conditioned house and completely renovated in 2021–2022 with internet. It is located in a quiet hamlet, close to the beautiful sites of the region (Beauval 35 minutes away), Château de la Loire and Center Parcs. Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.
