The Orchard House

Cubic house for 5 people (maximum) in the middle of the orchard of a former hunting lodge located in the heart of nature 3 km from the village of Brinon-sur-Sauldre, typical village of the Sologne. Another cottage for 9/10 people on the property (Villa Bois Chaumont Cottage). You will be staying close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, Beauval Zoo. You will also discover the vineyards of Sancerre, Menetou Salon, Quincy… Many activities nearby. Hiking trails, canoeing, horseback riding…

The Saint Louis gîte, swimming pool, 15 people

A unique experience in this cozy and spacious gite of over 400 m² that can accommodate up to 15 people, offering all the comforts and modern amenities needed for a relaxing and convivial stay with family or friends. Neat "chic countryside" decor and quality bedding. The cottage of Saint Louis is completely private as well as its totally enclosed landscaped garden and its large heated pool, without any vis-à-vis. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not allowed.

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.
