At the edge of the Cîteaux Forest (Natura 2000 classified), the bucolic landscapes of the surroundings will enchant you. This place inspires calm and relaxation. The location of the cottage will allow you to immerse yourself in the heart of our wine-growing region.

Come and recharge your batteries in a peaceful and wooded location! The Gîte des Roses welcomes you for your reunions with family or friends. All comforts are at your disposal and a multitude of activities are offered (fire pit, billiards, foosball, badminton, darts, molkky, soccer ball...). La Dolce Vita is expanding. It's opening two new suites. Suite 001 and Suite 002. This one is located in a vaulted cellar, it has a jacuzzi with 47 jets, a Finnish sauna with lava stone and a Himalayan salt wall. The eggs suspended in front of the salt wall allow you to breathe iodized air that provides unsuspected benefits. We are the only establishment to offer this space in Bourgogne Franche-Comté.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

Cottage with meadow and pond where animals can stay with you. The 62 m2 accommodation consists of a bedroom (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed for children), a living room with sofa bed, dining table for 4 or 6 people, an equipped kitchen area, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet and 2 wooden terraces. You will have access to the TV. Linens are provided. Private parking in front of the house.

"L'étable Bressane" Gîte

Our cottage was created in our old stable. It is located in our farmhouse, an old farm close to our animals on a 10,000 m² plot of land without overlooking. This 40 m² loft-style cottage has a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. You will have a private terrace and access to the entire property. Pets: cats only.
