The listing was a great fit for a work crew and a reasonable trip from the construction site to the listing. The lakeside location was good and would have loved to test the wood sauna on the beach and then swimming in the lake. We went out of interest to watch the sauna and it seemed good, even if it had already been put on winter rolls. The road is a little bumpy, at least from the end year, but we still got there and the car was parked next to the house. The apartment found everything we needed, the beds were pre-made, and towels were also available. I'm sure this will be another time to stay in the future.

Comfortable cottage and good sauna.

An enchanting place in the forest on the lake. Sauna, collecting blueberries, taking the rowing boat out, swimming at the jetty, fantastic sunsets over the water... This place is ideal for those who seek tranquility in nature and love Finland for its forests and lakes. Host Reino has tips for things to do and offers individual boat trips to Koli or islands. He is very easily accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. The house is spacious and light. The kitchen is basic but equipped with all necessary things. Fishing provides Reino, as well as a rowing boat. The highlight is the sauna with lake access! It was our second stay- we want to come back!

We had a very nice stay and everything went smoothly. Good place to go with your dog also, and close to the hiking places in Koli.

Tidy apartment in the center of Nurmes with great lake views, shop within walking distance. We've visited before and I'm sure we'll be back!

The cottage was in the same condition as the photos and found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communicating with Esa went smoothly and quickly. There were good instructions on how to check in.
