From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with a train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, the Bavarian Forest and the Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

A feel-good oasis

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The division of the rooms and the furnishings selected with love contribute to the well-being. Regensburg with its cathedral and historic old town, art and culture is just as close as Kelheim with its Liberation Hall, the Danube Gorge and Weltenburg Monastery. Cycling, hiking in the Altmühl Valley or climbing in the Black Labyrinth Valley is an experience. In the evening, relax on the balcony with a glass of wine and great views.

Cosy holiday apartment by the river and in the countryside

Our cozy apartment is surrounded by nature, framed by fields on the beautiful river "Naab". It has its own entrance and a lovely outdoor area for relaxing and eating with a view of the rocks. Your own parking place is available. On hot days, you can enjoy a wonderful swim in the Naab. From here, you can go on wonderful hikes, bike or boat tours, and excursions in the surrounding area. The centre of Regensburg is easily accessible by bike on cycle paths (6 km) or by car in 15 minutes.

Vacation home near Regensburg

Located in the quiet and idyllic village of Matting on the Danube. Many leisure activities such as hiking, biking or SUB-riding on the Danube are possible. Regensburg can easily be reached in 12 minutes by car. The apartment is on the first floor in a detached house. The terrace on the east side is ideal for breakfast with the morning sun. The terrace on the south side has an open fireplace and leads into the garden. The hosts live on the 2nd floor.

The spacious apartment is on the 2nd floor. The parking spaces on the street are optimal. Bicycles can be stored in a locked area. The apartment offers 1 bedroom (15 sqm) 1, bathroom (12 sqm) and 1 living-dining-kitchen area. (25 sqm) The local recreation area is diverse.

The apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring the historic old town and surrounding area. The main train station, as well as all local public transportation, are within walking distance, so you can leave your car behind.

Enjoy your stay in this unique, quiet and centrally located historic gem with views of the Duomo, the old town, and green courtyards. Located on the top floor, you can reach it via 60 steps. In addition to the bedroom, there are three single beds scattered throughout the apartment. It has a high-quality kitchen. Within walking distance there are three theatres, a cinema, a supermarket and many restaurants.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

This beautiful 2-room apartment is located on the first floor of our house. Free parking is available right in front of the terrace belonging to the apartment. The separate barrier-free entrance is exclusively for the apartment and its residents. For longer stays, a washing machine can be provided.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the more than 300 years old, lovingly restored house. The floors with natural stone and wooden floorboards are well-equipped with underfloor heating, even for the cold season. All spaces have several windows, which can be darkened in the sleeping rooms.
