House has central air, refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven. Parking will not be a problem. House is 1 block from HEB, McDonalds, Burger King, Popeyes, and others and a 3 minute drive from Walmart, and the Mall de las Aguilas. Both international bridges are less than a 5 minute drive.

La Casita Amarilla is located in a gated community with a guardhouse. It is a very familiar quiet residential area, with nearby green areas.
