We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment - it’s in the best location overlooking the main square with amazing sea views too. It’s in the middle of the old town and so everything is nearby and within walking distance and great to feel in the middle of it all. If you like walking and swimming there are some amazing walks straight out of the town and also stunning beaches.

Sabina's place is spectacular with ocean views from every room. It's a truly peaceful retreat. We didn't want to leave!

Claudia is a very warm and always approachable hostess. She gave us good tips. The apartment was very clean and super lovingly furnished. As a welcome, we received a delicious wine from the region and also a few other goodies such as sweet spreads, pasta with sauce (so that no one goes hungry on arrival) and also mineral water. We were very pleased and felt very well looked after and welcome. The beds were great and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We didn't use the table football, but it's a great extra, especially for a group or family with children. A limitation is that the apartment is significantly darker than shown in the photos and the dining area outside was quite far from the apartment and usable for all residents of the complex. The apartment is cool - welcome at high outside temperatures. The site is spacious and very well maintained.

Good apartment with big balcony and see view. I liked quiet location a bit away from beach (few minutes) near by is big supermarket. Well equipt kitchen, fast wifi. Good price/quality balance. Would definitely come back

Beautiful apartment, very clean, with sea view from the window in the kitchen. Air conditioning, both in the kitchen and in the bedroom. Free beach in front of the house with umbrella and deckchairs provided by Endrio. Beach with facilities 50 m away. Restaurants 100m away. Pizzeria that delivers to your door. Tonia is perfect, she fulfilled all our requests making sure that our holiday was fantastic. Thank you

Giulia was great and the place is really well located for quick access (by car) to the beaches and the town. Beautiful surroundings. Definitely worth a longer visit next time.

Fabia is a great hostess, she waited for us in front of the accommodation and explained everything important to us and gave more information about the area along the way. The accommodation is super clean and tastefully decorated with very well-maintained furniture. It's also much brighter than the pictures show. The center of Sirolo can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, it only goes downhill once and then uphill again into the city and you are there and can enjoy an incredible view. A great place!

Marco was an extraordinary host. He quickly resolved every little issue. His apartment is located in the heart of beautiful Montelupone. Modern decor, comfortable environment and fully equipped kitchen. Excellent cleanliness.

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

Niki is a really friendly person available for everything. New apartment, very clean and with everything you need, even a beach umbrella to go to the beach! A nice, well-kept garden. Strategic location a stone's throw from all services and the historic centre. The garage of extreme comfort! What can I say, my partner and I can't wait to go back!! Thanks Niki for everything!

Very spacious apartment with attention to details. We felt right at home. The hosts had also left some things for breakfast (including milk, jams, tarts, etc.) and for cleaning. We didn't have to think about shopping because the bare necessities were already there (such as coffee for the morning, hand soap, etc.). Personal hygiene kits were also stored in the bathroom, which were much appreciated. Fabio and Monica were very helpful, responsive and friendly. A very positive experience!

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

Lovely stay. The location is super evocative and peaceful. A paradise surrounded by greenery and tranquility, where you can do several activities: from lounging in the beautiful pool to the barbecue, from ping pong and foosball to enjoying the tranquility of the place on the lounge chairs reading a good book. We were 5 girls and they didn't miss anything. At the front desk, Alice welcomed us and made us feel at home. Super available for anything, as well as tips about the surroundings of Civitanova. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back to do the experience in the bubble rooms and spa.

the beautiful house, all new and clean. Very kind and helpful host. The jacuzzi is a show, we relaxed both after the trip and every evening when we returned from the sea. Definitely recommended!

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!
