Monolithi Seaside Cottage

Our seaside house is located 10min outside Preveza within an area 5000sqm of olive groves and 50 meters from one of the best beaches of Preveza, Monolithi. It offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea with unique sunsets. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and relaxation that nature offers, it can accommodate 6-7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge with kitchen, all with views and access to the terrace,2 bathrooms one of them situated on the terrace and 2 showers outside. Car needed.

Pelagoo Residence

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

House by the Sea is a cosy apartment perfect for family relaxing vacation. The apartment is located only 3 minutes walk from the Ionian blue beach of Kastrosykia, while Preveza city is at 22klm, Parga at 42klm and Lefkada island at 45klm. The newly built 45m2 apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, a sitting room with a brand new kitchen and a sofa-bed for two, and a lovely veranda. There is a parking area just in front of the apartment. Your stay will be unforgettable.

IONION VIEW

This is a cozy country house, just 20 meters from the sea and located in the countryside, coastal road between Ligia and Rock. It stands out for its endless view of the Ionian Sea. On the left you can see Lefkada, while just opposite Paxos- Antipaxos. There is absolute tranquility, which is only shaken by the splashes of the waves. At 100 meters there is access to a beach for swimming, surrounded by a variety of beaches with more secular that of Loutsa.
