Purpose built as a gallery and tea rooms, the cottage has been converted into spacious, open living accommodation. The cottage boasts a large private outdoor paved area with fire pit and bbq. Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

A rustic mud brick cottage set on 21ha of river red gum forest. The property is listed as a wildlife sanctuary and is home to a diverse range of birds and animals. Bordered by the Edward River, just a 10 minute walk from the house, the property also features a large dam popular with birds, frogs, kangaroos and wallaroos. If you are lucky you may catch a glimpse of an echidna in the bush or a platypus is the river. There is a boat ramp nearby should you wish to fish or explore the river by boat.

St Germains Cottage Enjoy the serenity of a perfect farm stay nestled with gum trees, wildlife, cows, horses, chickens and Goulburn river access. A great family getaway. Summer time is perfect with a sandbar to enjoy, ideal fishing spots and walking tracks. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, the main room has a queen bed and the second room has two single beds. *Please note there is no indoor dining table but does have a breakfast bar seating two and the outdoor dining table/lounge area.

Charlotte’s Cottage is a superbly restored Victorian, built as a private school in 1871, dominating Connelly Street in the historic port area and nestled between the Murray and Campaspe rivers, the house is in a peaceful but prime area of Echuca. Take a stroll to High Street where you will find trendy cafes, boutique shops, wellness centres and Echuca’s finest restaurants and hotels. Wander through the port and explore the Paddle Steamer Capitol of the World. All this within 500 metres.

The Hut

The Hut is a great little Studio Cabin set less than 60 metres from a quiet stretch of the Murray River. The Hut is surrounded by nature, expect kangaroos and birdlife at your door.

Situated only 100 metres from the Main Street, gives you easy access to shops, hotels, restaurants and supermarkets. Bishop Townhouse & Clements House (next door) were built by Mr Bishop in 1904 for Mr Clements to accommodate tenants.

5 minute walk to Campaspe River Walk which follows the meandering Campaspe River along a sealed footpath/cycleway that provides for walkers, joggers and cyclists through natural bushland. Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.
