Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Pichincha

I recently made a last minute booking to Quito for a family matter, and I could not believe how lucky I got with this apartment! The apartment was amazing in every way, and is located in a very nice and safe area of Quito. I would recommend this flat to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the city. In addition to this, Heddy was an amazing host, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. For example, one evening there was a small issue with the digital lock, and within 30 minutes of messaging her she came to the apartment and fixed the lock for me. She was a very nice and helpful person :) I would give this stay a 10/10, and will 100% be returning when I come back to Quito. Thanks Heddy :)

El apartamento es perfecto y estaba impecable, con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Tamia estuvo muy pendiente de cualquier cosa que pudiera necesitar.

Carlos’s place is perfect for few days stay as a solo travelled or a couple. It’s in a nice neighborhood close to a mall and a big park. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood and there are things in the house to cook food if you decide to do it yourself too. Carlos himself was very responsive and got back to me with any questions I had pretty quickly. Would recommend this place if you plan to visit Quito

Loved staying in Rosa Delia's place!! the location is excellent close to everything you will ever need, pharmacies, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc! Rosa delia was also an extremely nice host, always responsive and was very flexible with my changing plans. Cannot recommend this airbnb enough!

We had a wonderful time in this stunning loft. It almost looks better than the pictures, is very comfortable and has all it needs. The location is also ideal - very central but away from the noise. Many thanks to the owners who were incredibly kind and flexible. Lastly, we booked Mila’s brother as a driver for taking us to Mindo and to the airport. He’s a great guy and we highly recommend his services!

Tal cual las fotos, estuvo pendiente de nosotros y nos colaboró con unas peticiones: ingresar antes , y poder dejar las maletas en recepción para poder retirarlas después de un evento.

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

Miryam is such a sweet host, we felt like home! So kind and helpful she even baked bread and made us jam! Her dogs are the cutest and share so much love and kindness! The house cute and the garden Is amazing! So grateful for this experience and can’t wait to come back!!

Andrés was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Being able to use the washing machine and kitchen was great, and the big grocery store (Mega Maxi) in walking distance was a huge plus. He was very helpful and responsive to our requests. Thanks for a great stay!

Me gustó mucho mi estadía en este apartamento. Es espacioso y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia prolongada. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de tiendas, paradas de transporte público, en una buena zona de Quito. Lo único que me pareció incomodo es la ducha eléctrica, que no funciona de manera estable. Es necesario ajustar constantemente el flujo de agua para evitar que se convierta en agua hirviendo o, por el contrario, en agua demasiado fría. Además, personalmente me resultaría más cómodo si en el dormitorio hubiera cortinas más gruesas y oscuras.

El lugar acorde a las fotos, una zona bastante tranquila y de facil acceso por transporte publico recomendado 100%

Myri's apartment was perfect for my stay in Quito. Close to local sights and transportation. The building is secure, quiet and has lovely architecture. Myri's dad met me at the property on check in, gave me a tour and made me feel welcome. Myri was friendly and responsive throughout my stay. The apartment has a lot of space, a nice, well stocked kitchen, and a great top floor for relaxing and enjoying the view. The area is quiet and the bed I slept on was comfortable. Keep in mind that there is no elevator and a lot of steps to get to the apartment. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
