The apartment is impeccable. Ideal for 4 people with very well equipped rooms. The balcony with barbecue and sea view was the preferred part of the site. Ana always very polite and agile in responses and indications. We love it so much and it's definitely a place to come back more often!

We love our stay! The apartment is very nice, comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. The condominium is excellent, new building, with a sensational leisure area. The pools are wonderful and everything is very well cared for. Hosts were great, always considerate and available. We recommend it for sure and would return without a doubt!

The accommodation was wonderful! The apartment was extremely clean, we were greeted with a treat and Rafael was super proactive and polite! We received very well. In addition, he responded quickly and helped us a lot during the time we stayed in Penha. We will definitely be back and will also recommend it to our friends.

Our home in Piçarras! The well-decorated, clean apartment but my daughter has a dust allergy and ended up attacking, perhaps because it was closed for a while. Very bad garage. But we really like the place, quite complete, we will stay there next time! It was worth it!

The house looks like mom's house, I arrived and there was salt, coffee, you know the day-to-day things? Even though the stay was short, I thought it was such a beautiful care. And the host is super flexible with the key handover.

I can describe that the apartment is beautiful, very organized and clean. The hostess is an extraordinary person, at all times of attention and the necessary information. Note: Negative point, the personnel of the gatehouse do not respect the established rules! We have to make a record of photos and documentation which is very necessary. However, my car was unfeasible to automatically enter even with registration, in addition to having to disembark, it wasted a lot of time before it was released. We are seen as strangers and not as renters. Team with no empathy! This is a very negative point I felt embarrassed every time I had to go out and get there.

Very beautiful, well located house and especially the view of the beach and a spectacular dawn. Communication was quick and quiet. Although we were in the middle of 05/2025, we had hot days, with lots of sunshine and pleasant nights. Even in a low season, the city offers a great structure of markets, restaurants, commerce and services in general. We'll be back for sure.

We were well received by Mrs. Nelly a kind, friendly, attentive person, the house is like in the photos, everything very clean from the entrance to the interior of the house, new and well cared furniture, well-equipped kitchen is nothing missing, internet of the house is great, comfortable room, barbecue space tbm everything perfect with a beautiful view over the sea, clean rooms with working air conditioning, clean bathroom, showers with hot water, everything was perfect, recommend and for sure I will come back more times😍

We adored the house, Rosane's reception was very good, there was even a coffee and cake for our arrival. Great house,all organized, clean. We enjoy our tour a lot as the house is in a great location... several tourist cities are 40 to 1 h away from the house, so we can enjoy a lot to visit other cities like Blumenau, Pomerode, Camboriú, Beto Carreiro na Penha which is on the side ...Super recommend. No doubt next vacation we will return

Rosane is an amazing, caring and polite person. The village welcomed us very well and did everything possible to make the stay incredible. And it gave a lot, because it was really amazing. The house is beautiful, comfortable, spacious and functional, half a minute from the beach literally. Nothing missing, We spent every day from the first moment, imagining about staying longer and coming back again. We carry good memories, countless indications to relatives and friends, a feeling of enormous gratitude. We'll be back for sure.

The experience in this apartment was incredible. Well located, airy, clean and organized apartment. Rafael was very helpful in his messages and helped us the whole time. A great place to spend a few days by the beach and relax a lot. The condominium has excellent swimming pool and gym options, as well as the beach just a few steps away! I would definitely like to come back!
