Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It is attached to our house but completely independent. This studio is very functional, fully equipped (TV, WiFi, Kitchenette, Air Conditioning, Library, Storage, Bathroom, possibility of lunch on the terrace, refurbished in 2022. There is a sofa bed that quickly transforms the bedroom space into a living room space as can be seen in the photos. Check-in can be done independently.

Our small 50 m2 house is located in a peaceful haven along the Aussonnelle River in Colomiers (at the gates of Pibrac). It is located at the corner of a private road and a cul-de-sac. Recently renovated, it consists of a living room with an open kitchen, then 2 bedrooms and a bathroom served by a hallway. The whole place is bright and comfortable, can accommodate up to 4 people

We offer a nice fully equipped studio, adjoining our house: there is a common gate and then a separate entrance. The environment is quiet, it is a residential area. Street parking is easy.
