The ARIA apartment is located in the Nila Natural Balance VISTA LAGO holiday home, completely renovated in 2025 according to sustainable standards (geothermal and photovoltaic and solar panels). The APARTMENT communicates lightness. The bold tones leave the lake view under the spotlight. The apartment is located on the top floor (4th) Passing from the back of the house you will only have to go up one floor on foot to reach the apartment. As it is a conservative renovation, it does not have a lift.

Perfect hut for family holidays in any season, surrounded by nature with ample space for play, relaxation, mountain biking, outdoor life. The hut, completely renovated in 2022, is located at 1430 meters. It is placed along the European trail E5 and it is close to a rich network of trails perfect for trekking and e-mountain bike.
