The apartment is located on the first floor of a detached house (I live with my family on the ground floor) and consists of a kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. It is located in the hamlet of Pianoconte, in the countryside in a quiet setting 5 km from the historic centre (a vehicle is essential for getting around), with parking for a car and motorcycle and the possibility of using the garden and terrace on the ground floor. There is no private entrance. There is a swimming pool nearby.
