The apartment is on the first floor of a detached villa (my mother and I live on the ground floor) and consists of a kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom. It is located in the hamlet of Pianoconte, in the countryside in a quiet setting 5km from the historic center (therefore you need a vehicle to get around), with a parking space and motorcycle and the possibility of using the garden and terrace on the ground floor.
