The apartment is on the first floor of a detached house (my mother and I live on the ground floor) and consists of a kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. It is located in the hamlet of Pianoconte, in the countryside in a quiet setting 5 km from the historic centre (so you need a vehicle to get around), with parking for a car and motorbike and the option to use the garden and terrace on the ground floor. There is no private entrance. There is a swimming pool nearby.

Our holiday home is on the 2nd floor, It consists of a kitchen / living room with a sofa-bed for one and a half, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, as well as 2 large covered terraces with sea view and it can accommodate 2 to 4 people; The terraces are both equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, there is a barbecue and a sun terrace with sun loungers.
