L'appartamento ARIA si trova nella casa vacanze Nila Natural Balance VISTA LAGO, completamente ristrutturata nel 2025 secondo canoni sostenibili (geotermia e pannelli fotovoltaici e solari). L'appartamento ARIA comunica leggerezza. I toni candidi lasciano protagonista la vista lago. L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano (4°) Passando dal retro della casa si dovrà solo fare un piano a piedi per raggiungere l'appartamento. Essendo una ristrutturazione conservativa non dispone di ascensore.
