Ein stets erreichbarer freundlicher und hilfsreicher Patrick. Er bemüht sich den Gästen ALLES zu bieten und es war mehr als das. Ich wünschte mir es wären Alle so wie Patrick!!!!! Traumhaftes Landhaus mit viel Platz und einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig - einfach nur toll. Jeden Tag konnten wir etwas Neues erkunden und anschliesend den Pool zur Abkühlung benutzen. Ich kann nur noch sagen DANKE für ALLES - wir haben unsere Ferien genossen

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

Almost 200 year old house, you can live in an ethnographical museum - but renovated. However it is hot in the sleeping rooms under the roof during a heat wave. Luckily there are two big fans (it would be great to have a third one for the third room) and a swimming pool to cool down. It is very calm, nice surroundings; there is a very good and cheap pizzeria close in Montottone; ideal place to relax.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato esattamente ciò che cercavamo: una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della natura. L'alloggio, immerso nel verde, è stato perfetto per noi e per la nostra cagnolina, che ha apprezzato tantissimo lo spazio esterno. Abbiamo amato in particolare la piccola loggia, ideale per colazioni tranquille e serate rilassanti, godendoci l'atmosfera serena e la vista. Valentina e la sua famiglia sono stati degli host eccezionali, estremamente accoglienti e disponibili fin dal primo contatto. Ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa e la comunicazione è stata sempre impeccabile. L'alloggio era pulito, piccolo ma confortevole e rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione, fornendo tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca pace e tranquillità, con la possibilità di fare passeggiate e immergersi completamente nella bellezza del paesaggio marchigiano.

we have ha a great stay. unfortunately there were works going on at the house next door. due a miscommunication the gardener did pop up to do the grass 3 hours of noice. for the rest location is superb. people in Pontano are really friendly.

Wir haben 12 wunderschöne Tage in der Wohnung von Conni und Christian verbracht! Haus, Garten und Pool: alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos, picobello. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchenausstattung, … sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der Pool und der Garten ein Traum. Die Mücken sind natürlich störend aber leider unvermeidlich. Räucherspiralen und Zitronellakerzen haben aber für Abhilfe gesorgt, so dass wir auch die Abende draußen genießen konnten. Fenstergitter in den Schlafzimmern sorgen für ruhige Nächte ohne Stiche. Lage: Ca. 3km vom nächsten Ort Petritoli entfernt, sehr ruhig. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. In Petritoli gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf auch außerhalb der Saison. Außerdem ein nettes Restaurant und eine gute Pizzeria. Zum nächsten Strand nach Pedaso sind es 18 km, ca 20min Fahrt. Tip zum Navigieren: über Valmir und Petritoli anreisen, da sind die Straßen besser und nicht so kurvig, wenn der Weg auch 3min länger ist. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen! Danke!

L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso,con diverse tipologie di illuminazione ( tanta cromoterapia), meravigliosa è la posizione praticamente sulla spiaggia. anche il terrazzo è ben attrezzato con salottino e tavolo con sedie....una cosa che ho molto apprezzato è che compreso nel prezzo ci sia un ombrellone con 2 sdrai nella spiaggia proprio di rimpetto e come se non bastasse il bar/ristorante sotto casa merita davvero( ristorante Filippo).. volevamo una vacanza rilassante con ogni confort e l'abbiamo avuta...ps: non perdetevi l'alba dalle immense vetrate della zona giorno. L'host è stato molto disponibile sempre!

L'esperienza presso l'appartamento del signor Sergio è stata decisamente positiva. La flessibilità nell'orario del check-in è stata molto apprezzata, così come la gentilezza e la disponibilità dell'host. L'alloggio, situato nel cuore del centro storico, è ampio, su due livelli e coniuga perfettamente l'antico con il moderno. Il piano terra ospita una zona living accogliente con cucina attrezzata e bagno, mentre al primo piano si trovano due camere da letto e un bagno. Il letto matrimoniale, in particolare, è estremamente confortevole, grazie al materasso e ai cuscini morbidissimi. La vista panoramica che si gode dalle finestre è semplicemente incantevole, offrendo un'oasi di tranquillità e un contatto diretto con la natura. La posizione è strategica: i parcheggi sono facilmente reperibili nelle immediate vicinanze, garantendo un accesso comodo all'appartamento. Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chi cerca un luogo tranquillo e caratteristico. Tornerò sicuramente!
