The house is located at the highest point of the village of Guardia Perticara, one of the most charming villages in the Val d'Agri. From its balconies, the view embraces hills, gullies and immense skies. The accommodation (50 m²) is arranged on two floors with independent entrance, accessible by a stone staircase. The rooms are simple and well-kept, designed for those who love tranquility, light and slowness.

Villa Franca is located about 850 meters above sea level and overlooks a balcony on the Mercure Valley surrounded from east to south by the Pollino chain. Given the location, you can get to the Lao gorges for rafting, Mount Pollino for hiking and the Latronico thermal baths in a few minutes
