Beautiful secluded chalet in a hidden corner of Piedmont, on the border with Switzerland located at 1300 meters. The chalet is inside a green oasis of meadow, pasture and vegetable gardens, surrounded by a dense forest of centuries-old pine trees. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, contact with themselves and nature. The view of the 4,000 Swiss mountains is breathtaking! During the winter season, in case of snowfall, you will need to park about 500 meters from the chalet, we will gladly help you with your luggage!

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The Farmer House of Villa Raghezzi

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest shared only with your hosts. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs apartment IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.

Nature lovers! Tropical with waterfall view

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Casa Giulia stone and wood (two bedrooms)

In a recently renovated 17th-century house, Casa Giulia is an apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room ideal for 4/6 people. If necessary, the larger room can be used as a studio because it has a small kitchenette and is completely independent of the rest of the unit. A short walk from Switzerland, it is an ideal destination for reaching the Veglia Devero Natural Park, the Premia thermal baths, the San Domenico ski slopes, Lake Maggiore and the seven Ossola valleys.

Sauna & Relax

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Baita Lauretta - Valera Alpine Chalet

Important info: By car or motorbike: meet at Varzo station. From there, you will follow us with your vehicle to the hut, which is about 10 minutes away. On foot/by train: we provide a shuttle service at a cost of 10 euros per person. Also in this case, the meeting point will be at the Varzo station. No bicycles. Baita Lauretta is a modern property surrounded by greenery, perfect for families or groups of friends. It has 6 beds. Large garden and BBQ available to guests.

Lovin

The name “Lovin” comes from the mountain you see in front, called “L'ovin” in the Trasquerese dialect, and translated into English is “loving” From here you can admire the magnificent Swiss peaks that reach 4,000 meters. You can do many excursions, in the Sotta pine forest, Bugliaga with its devil's and devilino bridges, to the Alpe Veglia Natural Park. A ten-minute drive away are the ski slopes of San Domenico Ski, 25 km from Domodossola with its beautiful market square.

ANCIENT STABLE IN CANOVA SINCE 1672

Canova is near the Toce River, just few minutes from Domodossola. The medieval village consists of a dozen of stone houses builded from 1200 to 1700, all restored. The accommodation is an old restored stable, aged 1672, used for the horse change. The village is close to the most important ski resorts of Ossola Valley, Monte Rosa, Premia Spa with hot springs, Toce Waterfall and Lake Maggiore. Domodossola Train Station at 7 Km, Malpensa Airport 45 min.
