We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

The place is very nice, sunny, has trees, small but airy, comfortable, I like it very much.

Koi was a wonderful and considerate host, especially accommodating our late checkout due to a delayed flight. The place itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely book it again when we return to Vietnam.

Very clean and new, as shown in the photo, it is quite spacious, the bathroom is more clean, and it is located in the alley of the bustling area, it is not noisy, the traffic is convenient, it is definitely the first choice for accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.

Great place at great price. Always love to stay at landmark plus building because of its prime location and tons of great restaurants, coffee shop and convenient stores. The place has great view, clean and quiet. Exactly as described in description and photos. Host is super friendly and responsive. Really appreciate for early check-in. Overall, will stay here again and highly recommend this place and this host for you if you visit Hcm city.

This spacious two-bedroom apartment features a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for both short and extended stays. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the Thao Dien metro station, making it easy to get to Landmark 81 or District 1. Thuy was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

There are restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores on the first floor, so it's convenient and the location is good. It's remodeled and clean, and the host communicates quickly and accurately. They also took care of the items I left behind at checkout and sent them to me, and they cooperated well. I want to use it again next time I visit Ho Chi Minh City.

It was a good experience for me to stay in that place, Sound and silence and safe. Great street foods and local restaurants quite nearby. Walking distance to the metro station and easy excess to D1 if required... Cleaning lady was quite nice and decent woman. Cleaning and laundry was well organized. Wifi was generally good but some prime times like evening, could be speed issues which was understandable. Fast response to the messages or queries which was also very important for me. Overall I like the place stayed there one month and no regret about my booking..

Okay, I've stayed many times in a row.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay. Spacious, clean, and easily accessible. The Viacom mall was only 100 yards away. We were able to locate many Korean restaurants nearby as well. The host was exceptionally patient and kind, providing all the necessary information for our comfortable stay. I would come back and stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay and we were Tung was very helpful and pro-active, so it all went very smoothly. The apartment is in a very convenient location.

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest
