My stay at Trang’s place was great. It was super spacious, with a full closet, bathroom with laundry, a kitchen space (first time cooking on this trip which was exciting!), and a really comfy bed. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper, soap, or shampoo when I arrived, but when I asked about laundry detergent, Trang delivered it really quickly which I appreciated. The kitchen was missing a few basic things like plates, but it did have a good variety of pots and pans and unlimited drinking water. In terms of the area, it’s located down a very local alley in a nice part of the city. I liked the neighborhood a lot, but just a heads up, the Airbnb is directly beside a school, so in the mornings it can get loud with the school kids. That said, the evenings were peaceful and quiet, which was more important to me anyway. Lastly, as a remote worker, having solid Wi-Fi and a proper desk setup was key. The desk was great and the Wi-Fi was even better. Overall, I had a great experience!

It’s a pretty good place to stay and it’s near the Airport, i highly recommend this place if you want to live near the Airport

This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

My family, my wife and 7 month baby, enjoyed our time at the home. The team is very responsive to our needs from baby cot to a high chair and also a day when ants invade due to us not throwing out the trash in time, the situation was properly and swiftly dealt with. It is a quiet neighborhood away from the Main Street and we enjoy the quiet time after a day out at the property. Overall it was great, thank you for the hospitality :)

Close to District 1 & 3 where most of the restaurants I’d like to go, most of my trips is within 15 minutes. Another plus is it’s also close to the airport. The customer service team always responded within an hour or right away. High recommend it

Very comfortable place to stay. Feels like home. Host and family are friendly and helpful. Central location and near the river which is a nice place to walk around with many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

The room is right on the top of 7-11 store open 24hrs. Really safe to check in. A lot of restaurants and coffee shops. Near by SGN airport and easy to go to anywhere and do everything else. Highly recommendation.

Great bang for your bucks. Place was close to the airport which made it very convenient for us and our morning flight. Estelle was very responsive and accommodated to our late check in. Recommended.

Its my first time in vietnam, they were helpful and supportive for my needs. Thank you all the staff esp. the guard (sorry i always forgot ur name) u did a good job.

Wir waren drei erwachsene Personen und haben aufgrund unserer Flugverspätung kurz vor 2 Uhr nachts eingecheckt. Es war zu jederzeit jemand an der Rezeption. Als wir ins Airbnb reingekommen sind hatten wir für die dritte Person nicht so ein kleines Schlafsofa erwartet. Für Personen größer als 1,70m ist das nichts. Wir hatten Danny informiert und er hat am nächsten Tag sofort gehandelt und uns zwei alternativ Airbnbs zur Auswahl gegeben. Wir haben uns schließlich für das direkt nebenan mit dem selben Design und größeren Schlafsofa entschieden. Alles war sauber und ordentlich ! Es liegt nur 15 min vom Flughafen entfernt und hat an der Hauptstraße alles was man braucht. Sei es Restaurants, Supermärkte oder zum shoppen. Zum Distrikt 1 dauert es ca. 30 min. mit Grab. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden es weiterempfehlen.

My third time staying here already. Everything is perfect, I stayed in other different rooms each time but I like this one the most! Spacious and bright. Will be back!

My wife and I stayed for five days at Anh's place. The location is tucked away into an alley and quiet, and it was very easy and affordable to get a Grab to go elsewhere. Anh's place was clean with the exception of the occasional tiny ants on the table and countertop even though no food was left out, but we believe this is not uncommon in Vietnam. We appreciated Anh's super quick responses. We can tell she puts a lot of care into ensuring her guests have a good stay - from the complimentary water, coffee and candies, the comfortable bedsheets, the power outlets by both sides of the bed, the same-day laundry service, just to name a few. She even came by to see if there's anything she can help with when my wife fractured her ankle. Thanks for a lovely stay, Anh!

Good location. Helpful staffs.

I was generally happy with my stay, but there are pros and cons that are worth mentioning imo: Pros: Great location. It's right at a corner of a busy street so super easy to find. Easy to get an uber even if it's 3 am. There's a convenience store right downstairs so you can get whatever you need 24/7. Also pretty close to the airport. There's laundry on site. Very responsive host. Most problems are resolved quickly or at least you can tell that they tried. Cons: The walls are thin so if you're unlucky enough to stay with noisy neighbors then you'll hear voices and their TV at night and in the morning. VERY SMELLY BATHROOM. This is the thing that upsets me the most. I don't think there's anything they can do unless they tear the place apart and rebuild the sewage system, but all the gross sewage smell and air will come straight at you the moment you use the bathroom. Even the bathroom itself is clean, walking in there is horrible everytime. Just something to be mindful of.

It was my first time visiting Vietnam and I am so glad that I decided to stay in Ben’s place. The airbnb was amazing and it’s exactly like the pictures. The location of the apartment itself is very easy to find and accessible to a lot of places i.e, convenience store, atm machine, few coffee shops/restaurants. Most importantly, Ben sent me detailed instructions regarding check in which made everything smooth. Location is also safe for female solo travelers.
