Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Phra Sing

it was just the place we (group of 5) were looking for. It was clean, located in one of the prime areas with all the amenities nearby. we have dwverything around the corner and logistics were very easy. We would definitely recommend this property and would want to stay here again.

Beautiful house in the center of Chiang Mai. Beautiful market at 100m and incredibile atmosphere. I would recommend.

Cute hidden gem in Chiang mai. The house is sooo pretty and looks exactly like in the picture. Also located in a quiet neighborhood. Nithi is very responsive and very helpful. Very recommended this place to anyone coming to Chiang mai :)

The little wooden house is wonderful. The Ratana family is very hospitable. We spent three dreamy days in Chiang Mai. There were also two cute little dogs. We picked the mangoes from the tree right outside the door and enjoyed the huge and beautiful courtyard. We will definitely come back and stay for a longer time!

Le logement de Pinit est parfait. La localisation est idéale, juste derrière un petit temple, a deux pas du marché local, de supérettes et de nombreux stands de street food avec des prix ultra intéressants. L'appartement se situe a 20 minutes de la gare pour ceux qui viendraient par le train de nuit et a 15 minutes de l'aéroport. en taxi ça ne fait pas plus de 130 baths pour la gare. Une machine a laver séchante equipe l'appartement. ce qui est un vrai plus. une petite table et deux chaise devant la maison permettent de siroter une bière en fin de journée pendant que les enfants regarde l'une ou les deux télévisions du logement sans se chamailler pour la télécommande. Pinit est un hôte parfait, nous avons passé un excellent sejour a Chiang Mai et son logement y est pour beaucoup.

⸻ Un véritable havre de paix à la campagne ! Cet hébergement, installé sur une ancienne rizière, offre une ambiance zen et dépaysante, comme un saut hors du temps. Le cadre est exceptionnel, entre nature et sérénité, et la piscine à débordement est tout simplement incroyable… Un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer et se reconnecter. Le restaurant est renversant ,dans un cadre magnifique.Cela tout en étant à 15mn du centre ville de Chiang Mai. Je recommande sans hésitation !

It is a very nice apartment, well-equipped with everything you need. The bed is large and very comfortable. The apartment building itself feels like a high-end hotel, with the rooftop infinity pool, which offer absolutely stunning views. The host was the most welcoming I've ever meet on Airbnb. Though it was a self-check-in, they provided incredibly helpful information to me. Including recommendations for excellent local spots like the JJ Market (a great weekend market in Chiang Mai), some nice restaurants, and very useful local tips. All of this info greatly enhanced my trip.

Really cute place with everything you might need in Chiang Mai. I liked the convenience of the location with the night market outside. No issues with sleeping for me as they provided ear plugs. Great responsive hosts who replied very quickly and attended to all my needs throughout the stay.

숙소는 정말 완벽했습니다. 모든 전자기기들이 작동을 잘해서 좋았어요. 또한 하수구 냄새가 나지 않아 좋았습니다. 마야몰, 원님만 그 외에도 주변에 먹을거리와 볼 거리들이 많고 좋은 카페도 많았어요. 특히나 호스트가 너무 친절하고 응답이 빨라서 좋았습니다.

Overall, the stay was good. The place was comfortable, clean, and matched the description. The host was responsive and friendly. It wasn’t spectacular, but it did the job well for a short visit. Thanks for having me!

Super logement, Très bien situé, piscine en roof top incroyable, Lucia Chu est réactive pour répondre à vos questions. Par contre logement idéal pour 4 voyageurs et non 5. Absence d’un cinquième couchage et une seule clé pour tous. Mais je recommande tout de même

This was a last minute stay for me, and I have absolutely no regrets. Not only was the location perfect, and beautiful on the inside but the hot was extremely communicative and helpful.

Better than the pictures. Wonderful place closes enough to everything you want to do, but far away enough that is quiet and peaceful when you want to be home. Cari’s was also very helpful with the booking. I made a mistake with my original booking and she helped me fix my booking mistake right away and very easily. Saved me a good amount of money, which other host haven’t done in the pass. Absolutely recommend this place. Is definitely a place I will return to.

Cindy est adorable. Elle est toujours disponible et nous a tres bien conseillé. L'appartement est tres propre et très bien situé. A proximité de tout à pied : commerce et marchés. La piscine et salle de fitness sont les petits plus de L'appartement, très appréciables. 🤗

I love this condo complex. While I have stayed here before, it was my first time staying at Ing's and it didn't disappoint. She was very communicative and helpful. The place is gorgeous with an amazing view, the amenities are top notch and convenient. Also close to the night market and 7-elevens in both directions with a short walking distance. Exceeded my expectations and well worth the price. I would definitely stay here again! I hope she will have me in the future! 5 stars across the board!

The apartment at the Astra Condo was so great. We felt so incredibly comfortable. Check-in was super easy, the apartment was modern, very clean and fully equipped. The location is ideal for quickly reaching everything. Arthit is super kind and communication was always easy and courteous. We would have loved to stay much longer.

Enjoyed my stay here very much! It’s a quieter part of town but easily walkable to the Old City. Situated in an older building but the unit itself felt very modern and clean. Instructions for self check-in and check-out were very clear and simple. Would definitely stay here again :)
