Holiday houses in Phoenixville

Great place for our extended family. We travel with 6 adults a teenager and a toddler. John's place has plenty of room for all of us! We have been here twice and it's clean with lots of room for us to eat together and play board games. It's such a great place and John keeps it clean and well maintained!

Our stay was excellent and exactly what we needed, which was an extremely last minute booking (a few hours before a last-minute trip to see colleges in the area with my son). We were able to get it with Dave and his property. The accommodations and location were spot on for our need. We did hit a pretty big obstacle with one of the bedrooms. But, Dave was exceptionally responsive in resolving the issue, in both immediately responding to messages (via the app) and in figuring out options for us. We jointly resolved the issue w/in an hour and Dave even provided something for the trouble, excellent customer service. I highly recommend the property and this host.

Jesse was a great host, and very helpful with giving tips. The place is super cozy and clean. Will definitely want to stay there again if I’m ever in Philly.

We had a great stay at Devon’s place! The house was very conveniently located to town and quite comfortable.

elliot was a wonderful host. always responsive, and provided us with clear and detailed instructions that generously included local recommendations for dining, shopping, sightseeing, etc. beautiful location, the neighborhood is walkable and just a few blocks from main st. in lambertville or just across the bridge, ~15 minutes from the house, main st. of new hope! we had an incredibly stay and the house provided amenities in the bathroom and kitchen which were much appreciated as well! overall an incredible stay and both myself and my friend would recommend!

The house was amazing! Plenty of space for everyone. The pool and hot tub were clean and made the weekend into a nice getaway.

The River Retreat was an absolute blast! The perfect quiet getaway for my boyfriend & I to hibernate from the world & enjoy beautiful, peaceful views. It was also close to so many fun little towns with great restaurants & shops. Frenchtown, New Hope, & Lambertville! We plan to book with Stuart in the future! Highly recommend!

The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space looked like a great place to hang out when the weather is nice but it was too windy and cold to do so now. Wayne was very responsive and went out of his way to get additional streaming channels on the TV for us. The snack tray was also a nice gesture and we appreciated it while decompressing at night after a long day of dealing with family issues. Since we do have family locally, we'll be back in the area often and I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at J’s apartment. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and J was very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out times, which we greatly appreciated.
