Monthly Rentals in Phoenix Mountains

Loved the location. Near North Mountain and great hiking. Easy access to several very good casual restaurants and other areas of north Phoenix. Pool was a great benefit with 3 days in the 90's during our stay. Very nice layout for the 4 adults and 1 toddler in our group. The neighborhood is very quiet & it was very pleasant to sit outside on the small patio in the evening. All the appliances and TV worked as designed without any issues. Having off street parking and a garage was also very beneficial. It was a great experience.

This was the perfect place to stay for a fun, relaxing vacation. Situated right at the base of a hiking trail so you can enjoy the environment anytime. Outdoor games and patio set included so you can take advantage of the backyard space. The interior was very clean and decorated beautifully. Both beds were comfortable as well as the pull-out couch. Plenty of towels and linens were provided. Free parking in a quiet neighborhood was nice.

Our stay was great, the condo was clean and as described. It was easy to get around as the location is very central and close to shopping. The only detractor was the landscaping work being done on the property which started at about 7 am each day during the week. Barbara was very responsive when we had an issue with the front gate and solved it for us immediately. We would definitely recommend this unit and location!

Roben was great to work with and responded quickly when I had questions. There was some confusion initially because I thought the pricing was for two guests as listed in the location details (2 guests, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom). I noticed the slight price increase after the number of guests was changed. The place was very comfortable and clean, and the bed was comfy. The room was very large, so you'd never feel cramped. We would certainly stay again.
