Monthly Rentals in Phoenix Mountains

Stephanie’s condo was absolutely fantastic! We stayed here for two weeks while visiting our daughter and new grand baby. From the moment we booked our stay to our departure, everything was seamless. The home was cozy, clean, and as pictured. Stephanie gave excellent instructions on entering into the property as well. We loved the handwritten card upon arrival and all of the water, snacks, and amenities. It was such a personal touch that goes a long way. Stephanie’s attention to detail and overall customer service was phenomenal. She checked in on us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She was extremely friendly, accommodating, and made our experience an enjoyable one. We are already planning to come again to stay here during the holidays. 10/10 would highly recommend staying here next time you are in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area!

We loved our five-night stay at Nancy and Lon's place. We chose this spot because we wanted some privacy, peace and quiet, and a great view. It exceeded our expectations. The space was perfect for lazy mornings, watching the sunset on the patio, and getting a bit of work done. Also a great home base for visiting the many attractions in the Phoenix area and the surrounding community. Highly recommended for a couple or small family.

Place was clean and beautiful. Very unique and the host got back to you fast and gave you all the information you needed quick and easy.

This was a great place and location. Plenty of food/stores nearby. The condo itself is in a very peaceful and quiet location. The condo was also very clean and matched the photos perfectly. The amenities were also very nice and convenient to have. Cheryl was great and was super responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!
