Monthly Rentals in Phoenicia

Stony Clove Cottage was great for our family with two little kids—lots of toys and kids books and bunk beds and tub with kids shampoo. Kitchen has everything you need. Really feels like you’re in someone’s house, if you like that. Road is sometimes a bit loud and neighbors are right there, but swimming hole across the road (ask for directions to the sweet spot) was wonderful. Host was responsive and helpful. Near great eats (Phoenicia diner, Peekamoose, the Pines, Mam’s Boy Burgers) and great hikes. I always complain about the beds being uncomfortable in every place I stay, so maybe that’s a me problem. Would recommend for other families.

Clean, comfortable and inviting place to stay in an superb location in the Catskills -- short drive to Woodstock and Phoenicia, for shops and restaurants, and short drive to trailheads for hiking. Everything from linens to cups and glasses to the complimentary coffee was top notch. Friendly hosts! Seamless stay. Highly recommend!

Love this old bungalow! Felt like a family home. Really enjoyed going through the record collection and listening at the end of the day. Wish we'd had more time to explore Phoenicia. It's a cute little town and the surrounding area is fantastic. Thanks to the great hosts for their responsive communication and helpful tips!

This place was fantastic, a perfect haven for a low-key birthday weekend. Steps to downtown Phoenicia (good options for easy breakfast, dinner, drinks, and treats like ice cream) and a short drive to lots of other great destinations. Leah’s instructions were clear and easy to understand, check in was a breeze, and the place itself was spotless, cozy and well-appointed with all the basics, and a great place to chill out between adventures. Being dog-friendly was a huge plus so we didn’t have to leave our pup behind, and there’s plenty of grassy area around for them to sniff and take care of business. Don’t miss out on a quick dip in the creek right next to the cottage, it’s very refreshing even when it’s chilly outside! We’d absolutely stay here again, highly recommend this place to all.
