Holiday rentals with a patio in Phocis

The unit was walking distance to all. Plaka beach was a 2-3 minute walk. Away from city square which was perfect because the town parties late and you don’t hear it. Mini mart on same block and supermarket around the corner. We were very happy with location. No views but it didn’t matter. Short walk to all restaurants in town .

This is a great place to stay for a few days. It’s very clean, has a balcony and green space. It’s well-equipped, comfortable and Sophia communicates everything really well. We highly recommend Sophia’s place!

Charming little cozy loft, just 20 minutes from the Arachova ski resort. Location easy to find, and parking on the side of the house. A special touch from the owner was having wood pallets ready for the fireplace, making it even more comfortable after a long day in the snow. The warm welcome, complete with a bottle of wine, was truly thoughtful!

Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και με το παραπάνω. Πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι. Επίσης στα θετικά η καθαριότητα και η επικοινωνία με την οικοδέσποινα!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la mère de Dimitri, qui nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de l'appartement. Le logement est confortable pour y passer un bon séjour. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter si nous repassons dans ce secteur.

Υπέροχο σπίτι, άνετο και καθαρό!!! Σε ωραία τοποθεσία!!! Σίγουρα το καλοκαίρι θα είναι διαφορετικά (η θάλασσα είναι ακριβώς μπροστά)!!! Τον Κο Βασίλη δεν τον γνωρίσαμε ωστόσο υπήρχε επικοινωνία με μηνύματα και απαντούσε σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε!!! Θα προσπαθήσουμε να έρθουμε ξανά!!!

De Diamond Suite is een ruim appartement op de begane grond, met een woon/zitkamer, twee ruime slaapkamers en een badkamer. De keuken is volledig ingericht, met ook een goede oven. We hebben natuurlijk meest buiten gezeten, op het zitje voor de deur, of de grotere tafel verderop in de ruime en goed verzorgde tuin. Een prachtig geheel, fijn om er te verblijven. Diakopto is een levendig Grieks plaatsje, dat afgezien van het startpunt van de beroemde bergtrein naar Kalavryta niet heel veel te bieden heeft, maar een goede uitvalsbasis is naar het bergachtige achterland. Om bij het huis te komen kun je het beste vanaf de oude hoofdweg Patras-Korinthe de afslag nemen naar de rotonde midden in het dorp bij de kerk, het station en de supermarkt. Van daar af heeft eigenaar Leonidas (die erg behulpzaam was) de weg naar het huis nauwkeurig bewegwijzerd met blauwe borden.

Πολύ όμορφο και ζεστό σπίτι. Ότι πρέπει για οικογένεια και ζευγάρια!! Όλα ήταν καθαρά. Η κ.Βετα ήταν ευγενική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι θέλαμε. (Μας έφερε και έξτρα ξύλα για το τζακι). Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Maria’s apartment was a perfect stay for our place in Patras. It was easy to find and although our arrival had been slightly delayed Maria was kind enough to wait and walk us through check in. It had everything we needed and Maria was also kind enough to drop off an ironing board for us. The apartment was immaculate and she had left it fully stocked which was greatly appreciated. The icing on the cake was having such a secure spacious parking space and very good air conditioning. Thank you Maria!

Ο σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο η θέα απίστευτη σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε για τις μελλοντικές μας διακοπές η κυρία Τεονα πολύ επικοινωνιακή μας πρότεινε πολύ ωραία μέρη να επισκεφτούμε πολύ ήσυχο και οικογενειακό μέρος για την απόλυτη χαλάρωση

On a great beach. A short drive to restaurants and a supermarket. Not walkable, but the beach and the view makes it a perfect spot to rest, relax, swim, and do laundry after a few days of hectic site seeing. It is a gem.

Η Ελένη ήταν μια καταπληκτική οικοδέσποινα. Μας βοήθησε σε ότι ζητήσαμε και ήταν πάντα πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος με όλα τα απαραίτητα για να νοιώσει κανείς άνετα και σαν στο σπίτι του! Ήταν ιδιαίτερα γλυκό το ότι είχε φροντίσει να υπάρχουν μικρές γλυκές εκπλήξεις για εμάς και τον γιο μας, καθώς και κάποια σνακ. Θα πρότεινα το κατάλυμα ανεπιφύλακτα!

I had a great weekend. Located in a peaceful area, this apartment was perfect to clean my mind and relax from work and stress. The apartment has everything you need! It also has a pool, an outdoors jacuzzi and a barbecue. We used the barbecue and the jacuzzi. The experience was something else! I really recommend it. Michalis was a very good host, very friendly and helpful with the instructions. His mom was there and she was very sweet! She even treated us some homemade food. They had left breakfast and water too. I wish I could give more stars.

Το χωριό και το τοπίο είναι απλά μαγικό, το σπίτι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν, οι ντόπιοι εξαιρετικά καλοσυνάτοι. Μπορείς να κάνεις ωραία βόλτα με τα πόδια στο χωριό, τα Καλάβρυτα είναι 40 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο, η Παναγία η Πλατανιώτισσα 10 λεπτά. Η θέα είναι μαγευτική και το χωριό πολύ ήσυχο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

This is a beautiful apartment located in the outskirts of Patras. This makes it slightly inconvenient to reach the center, but we didn't mind as we mainly used the place to stay for the night. The apartment is stylishly decorated with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. The terrace is nice too, but the weather wasn't too great. In all, great value for money, especially for those who want to stay in. If you want to explore Patras, you better strap your laces. In our case, we took the car down the boulevard through the port and parked near the large church.

Περάσαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή στο διαμέρισμα! Ήμασταν 4 άτομα με δύο σκύλους και πραγματικά νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Ο χώρος ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένος με ό,τι θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε – από κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα μέχρι άνετα κρεβάτια και καθαρούς, καλοδιατηρημένους χώρους. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν απόλυτα φιλικό προς τα κατοικίδια και οι σκύλοι μας ένιωσαν άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή, κάτι που είναι πολύ σημαντικό για εμάς. Είχαμε άπλετο χώρο για όλους, και η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική για βόλτες και χαλάρωση. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετικοί – φιλικοί, ευγενικοί και πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Η φιλοξενία τους μας έκανε να νιώσουμε καλοδεχούμενοι και ασφαλείς. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα επιστρέφαμε!

The perfect hosts, kind and helpful. Detailed instructions for everything and always ready to help if there was a need. The place was lovely, cozy, had everything someone would need for a pleasant stay. All in all, it was a beautiful experience staying at Despoina's place. Would 10/10 suggest it to everyone!

Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und konnten unsere Motorräder auf dem Haus Gelände parken. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fabelhaft. Direkt aus der Tür befindet sich der Strand und unzählige Cafés und Restaurants. In die Stadtmitte sind es ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist sauber und modern mit einer großen Terrasse. Kostenlos Wasser, Kaffee und Snacks sind vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung jedem empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities you might need, whether you’re staying just for a weekend or for a longer period. The location is perfect if you want to explore the city center on foot. Definitely recommended!

Super einfache Kommunikation mit dem Host. Ganz leichter Check in und sauberes Airbnb. Und hat’s an nichts gefehlt. Ich würde es noch mal buchen.
