Monthly Rentals in Phillip Bay

Had a wonderful 1 month stay at Susie’s place when I was over from Scotland to visit my daughter. The little granny flat was very cosy and comfortable and just ideal for my requirements. The aircon in bedroom was really efficient for cooling room down in summer heat. The kitchen was well equipped. Had a problem with fridge during my stay but Susie was very responsive and things were sorted as quickly as possible to my complete satisfaction and there is now a brand new fridge freezer. Having access to the outdoor pool was fabulous and I enjoyed an almost daily swim during my stay. I would definitely love to stay again when back in Sydney.

We had such a wonderful stay at Marina’s guesthouse! The space was absolutely stunning and beautifully decorated, spotless, and in a perfect location close to everything we needed. What really made our stay extra special were the personal touches Marina added. The welcome note and thoughtful snacks were such a kind gesture and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Marina was a fantastic host responsive, warm, and clearly cares deeply about her guests' experience. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.x

We stayed here for 5 days and would highly recommend. It is located just a stones throw from the beach, and has great public transport routes to get to the CBD. Jenny was a very responsive and informative host and the whole check in/out process was easy. The place was clean and just like the photos!
