We had the most wonderfully relaxing stay at Bittersweet Cottage! From the moment we arrived, Phil welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality—it immediately set the tone for a peaceful getaway. Though Linda was away during our stay, her presence was felt in all the thoughtful details throughout the home. The cottage is cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained, offering the perfect balance of charm and comfort. The hot tub was spotless and such a treat—soaking under the stars was pure bliss. Every corner of Bittersweet seems designed to help you slow down and unwind. We’re so grateful for the experience and can’t wait to return!

Fantastic place. Peaceful with a beautiful view. Location was perfect, plenty of outdoor activities and not far from Philipsburg. Plenty of space for our party of 6. We'll be coming back.

Lovely log cabin experience. The only issue with winter stay is the upper parking lot stairs leading to front porch. There is a safety issue when snow turns into icy slippery conditions.

This place had everything you could need. It was easy to find, following the host’s instructions. It was clean and in a beautiful area.

This cabin was everything we wanted and more for our Christmas getaway in Montana! I had let the hosts know we were bringing our young daughter and they had the cabin decorated for Christmas with a little Christmas tree and decorations. It was the sweetest thing and really made it a cozy little cabin for the holiday. The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed and then some! We will definitely be making a trip back from Utah to stay here ♥️🏔️❄️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy cabin in Conner, MT. The view from the property was truly breathtaking—perfect for relaxing mornings and peaceful evenings. The cabin itself was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable 5-day stay. Lynda was incredibly sweet and attentive. She was close by and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had, which made the whole experience feel seamless and welcoming. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway surrounded by nature and hosted by someone who truly cares, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

Great spot to get into lots of fishing on Rock Creek. Cooking on the blackstone of the front porch was perfect and good supply of firewood to take the chill off in the evening. Plenty of wildlife viewing right from the porch!

The cabin was perfect for our quick visit to the area - clean, comfortable, quiet, easy to find and close to everything we needed!

We had a wonderful stay at Willowhaus. The willow creek valley is gorgeous and the place offers a great location to explore the nearby outdoors. Lots of sleeping space and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a place in this area.

This cabin was an absolute joy to stay in. Being right on the lake, the views were absolutely phenomenal. Especially the sunsets! We plan on coming back with the rest of our family and can't wait!!! Karla was an absolute joy to work with as well, you can tell she cares about you on a personal level and was just the sweetest thing. We miss it already!

We LOVED our stay at Glenna's place! The NEWLY BUILT, OFF-GRID cabin was clean, cozy, and had beautiful views that exceeded our expectations. Though we didn't meet Glenna, we met the neighbors (Lisa and her husband). We stayed at the cabin for one night in the middle of a week-long camping road trip. For check-in, Lisa and her husband met us at the bottom of the dirt road driveway and showed us up to the top; the GPS would not have routed us properly up top. I wonder if Glenna would consider putting in signs pointing to "Sunset Cabin" or "Sunrise Cabin" to allow folks to check-in more independently. The two-lane track is definitely easier to drive up if your car has a higher clearance (our Subaru Outback was perfect). Because the cabin is off-grid, we had to be conscious of how much power we used, to include AC. We were told not to turn the AC below 72 and turn lights off when not in use. Because we only stayed for one night, we didn't run into any issues with power.

We Loved the cabin! It was the perfect place for my family of 4 adults to use as a base to explore South West Montana. The cabin was clean, nicely decorated with a western theme, and supplied with all the basics. Genna went out of her way to be sure we had everything we needed, including bear spray which, thankfully, we never did need on our many hikes!! The location was perfect for short day trips to state parks, Butte, Philipsburg, Georgetown Lake, and local attractions. We were even able to drive down to Old Faithful at Yellowstone Natl Park in one day. Anaconda was a fun town to explore and the locals were soooo friendly. We can't say enough good things about this cabin and its location. Try it. You'll love it!

Completely loved staying at Jamie and Barb’s private cabin!! The running creek next to the cabin and the amazing mountains, were breathtaking!! This was our second time staying there and we can’t wait until we are able to visit them again!! Thank you both for an amazing stay!!

Wonderful place for me and my family to stay while passing through the area.

This was our second stay at Matt's cabin, and it was fantastic. We gathered four generations for a guy's weekend and this cabin was the perfect fit. The location is peaceful and allows for some great family time. We enjoyed fishing the the private pond and exploring the bitterroot river, as well as just wandering in the woods, playing games, and barbequing on the huge deck. The Starlink internet was great for movie night as well. All three bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very well appointed and we had no issues cooking all of our meals for four days. Matt is an exceptional owner and host and really helps you feel at home. His communication is the best we've ever had on Airbnb. I highly recommend Matt's cabin, and I know we'll be back!

Its a beautiful spot tucked away in the shadow of the mountains and not far from its own access to the river. Pioneer scenic byway is a little ways down the road which offers an amazing drive and hiking trails.
