Monthly Rentals in Phen

For the month I stayed, everything was perfect. The cost is accessible by comparing prices between the various Airbnb in Vientiane. Even if you are slightly out of the centre, you still have everything you need and in 10/15 minutes you can get to the centre. The location is really great, all the staff are EXTREMELY nice, helpful, kind. The first day I stayed, the faucet broke. In 30 minutes, it was already settled, and I had a long chat with the owner (we talked for 2 hours). The cleaning ladies are extremely kind and helpful, even if they don't speak English The room exceeded my expectations for my standards. Many Europeans who want everything to be perfect may see small defects (a few cracks or something), but I think that for the price, it is a fantastic location. They clean the room twice a week, change sheets, towels, everything! RECOMMENDED!!

Mint's place is exactly as the listing shows. it was spacious, comfortable and clean. It's only 10 minutes to the airport and the mall. Will definitely stay here again the next time im in Udon

Large well maintained room. Very friendly staff. Small food shops within walking distance. Modern gym two buildings down. Recommend.

Great stay at Arthur's, Small peaceful corner of greenery, carefully maintained. Our cabin was very cute, with everything you need (including the super shaded terrace very nice). Two scooters are for rent, it was perfect for visiting the area. Arthur kindly offered us fruit for our arrival and during our stay. The three dogs are adorable. I would definitely stay again!
