Monthly Rentals in Phatthana Nikhom

We stayed for one month at Rain's house and we particularly enjoyed the place. The place is a 10 minute walk from the stadium where we needed to go every day, that's why we chose it initially but finally we loved the whole house! The room is spacious with a comfortable bed and it feels great. The shower is big, it's nice too. The kitchen is very convenient (it's a little hot but we get used to it) because there is everything you need to cook and plenty of space. There's a great grill restaurant just behind that makes great food! There are 2 cafes not too far on foot (less than 10 minutes). The rest is best by scooter. Rain is a responsive host who offers to help and will answer your questions without any problem. I would this place without hesitation!

I absolutely loved staying here! The staff were so attentive and always available whenever I needed anything, which made the whole experience feel really comfortable and easy. The rooms were great clean and cozy What I enjoyed the most was being able to have a barbecue (mookata) right there at the accommodation. It was such a fun and chill way to spend the evening. Honestly, this place has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I am really happy to stay in Victor's apartment in Khao Yai. He is attentive to our needs. Whenever we message him, he responded promptly. Victor is friendly and hospitable to host us at his place. I really enjoyed the stay together with my family. The view from the apartment is spectacular and we have a memorable experience.

The house is clean and comfy. The utensils of the kitchen are complete, we love the kitchen. The host is also very nice and friendly. I would come back to this homestay again if I am visiting Khao Yai in the future.
