Song Hee was a great host and super accommodating. Her place made me feel right at home. Talk about being a great super proactive host … she saw that a hail storm was in the forecast so she immediately contacted me warned me about it for my safety. She even drove over to give new the garage remote and allowed me to use her garage to protect my car. It’s one thing to have a nice place to stay at … but pair it with a responsive and caring host .. perfect combo for a great stay.

We absolutely loved this house and our stay! My family was in town for a swim meet and needed a place to stay in close proximity to the aquatic center. This house exceeded our expectations.🤩 First, the home was very clean and everything was tidy when we arrived, which is a big priority for me. The amenities were perfect! The kitchen was fully decked out with all utensils, gadgets and small appliances you would need. They even had a cabinet with plastic cups, paper plates and plastic cutlery, so you don’t have to do dishes. Every bathroom had shampoo, conditioner & body wash, which was a nice extra touch and one less thing we had to pack. There was even a hair dryer. The pool was clean and we loved that there were pool towels. The layout of the home is open and perfect for a family or group of friends. The decor and furniture were on point & a/c was cold. I would recommend this home to anyone. Abby was an amazing host and was always responsive! 🙌 5 stars! We only want to rent from him

Sara and Matthew were great hosts. They checked in regularly without being intrusive. Their home was perfect for my family. Spacious, private, and tranquil. My daughter loved chasing the chickens on the property and jumping on the trampoline. I enjoyed catching the sunshine on the front and back porch. Their pool was beautiful to look at but unfortunately the weather did not lend to its use. The home had all the amenities described PLUS more. The location was prime access into the city vibes of Austin. We enjoyed the Thinkery and Ice Cream museum. The Science and Nature Reserve. The Zilker park. And all of the outstanding restaurants. In the evenings we enjoyed the board games, particularly Candy Crush and Guess Who (my daughter is 5). She also enjoyed the blocks, Crocodile dentist, and using up ALL the paper goods for artwork and "experiments." Lastly, check out was a breeze with only a few required tasks. Thanks again for having us. We hope to visit again soon.

I will always book this option. if available during my future travels to the Austin area. Great host and a beautiful home. My only slight negative would be to advise better of how high the step down off the patio. only because it's deceivingly higher than it looks. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING and totally worth it.

This home was clean, and definitely provided what we needed! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything with needed. We were huge fans of the neighborhood but it was a nice walking distance from an awesome park and trail. Megan was welcoming and I would recommend her home!

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

Awesome place to stay! Lots of games, all the things to cook with, and the best of all was the amazingly comfortable bed and plush pillows!

Truly a comforting and cozy place to stay at! The little kitchen had many appliances provided and we were even able to make a cup of tea and coffee which was super lovely. It’s also placed in a perfect area with plenty of stores and places to eat nearby!

Wow! We loved our stay here so much! Josh and Amiee were so nice, responsive and helpful! They gave great instructions on getting here and also on all check in/check out procedures. Any questions we had, they replied almost immediately. We really needed a restful getaway and this was the perfect place. We loved the pool so much and enjoyed watching all the birds especially. The place was impeccably clean and welcoming! We slept great in the adjustable bed. We had 2 smart TVs to use and the biggest selection of DVD’s we’ve ever seen. The kitchen had everything you could think of and it was so helpful to have a washer/dryer to use. Did I mention the pool? AMAZING! We plan to come back again soon! Karen’s carriage house was perfect for our brief stay in Georgetown. It was immaculately clean, and all instructions were easy to follow. It had everything that we needed and had everything needed for someone who was staying longer. We highly recommend Karen’s place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

We wanted a place to get away without distractions to work on our business. It was perfect. Beautiful view. Very nice accommodations. We will come back again!

Great value in an excellent location. Check in was a bit tricky. Complex is like a maze but the screenshots provided during checkin with directions was helpful. We did get lost leaving the unit a couple times but after some time you get acclimated to the area. Never used our vehicle as there was tons to do in walking distance of the unit.

This is our second time to stay with Jason, and we will continue to come back. We love the location, and always enjoy walking at the park. We love the roof top pool and the accommodations.

Lovely apartment close to Barton Springs and Zilker Park. Pristine and well equipped and nicely furnished. Very comfortable and exactly as described in the listing/photos!
