TONI has been built to a very high quality and impresses with underfloor heating in all rooms, high-quality, eco-certified vinyl floors and high-quality tiles. From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with a train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, the Bavarian Forest and the Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Die Wohnung befindet sich in dem idyllischen Ort "Maria Thalheim". Dort finden Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe einen Bäcker (mit Lebensmitteln des täglichen Bedarfes), einen Metzger sowie ein italienisches Restaurant mit Biergarten. Im Sommer lädt der Naturbadesee (zu Fuß erreichbar) zum schwimmen und relaxen ein.

Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Our cozy 35 sqm studio with modern bathroom and sun balcony is located in the middle of Schwabing, only 10 U-Bahn minutes from the main train station and Marienplatz. The bedroom is small but nice, located to the quiet backyard. Rain shower, bathtub and balcony with morning sun promise a happy start to the day, the living room with high-quality kitchenette invites you to cook & relax. Ideal for 2 to 3 adults or families with 1 child.

Lovingly furnished and completely modernized apartment directly below Augsburg's Maximlianstrasse in the historic center of Augsburg. Many restaurants, bars, shopping arcades and theaters within walking distance in a few minutes. The Augsburger Puppenkiste is also only a few hundred meters away. The historic old town, the Fuggerei and Augsburg's pedestrian zone around the town hall can also be explored on foot from there.
