the best air BnB i have ever stayed in. not only was the flat buetifully presented with nice furniture, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen, it was the extra touches like a ps4 for the kids along with a library card so we could sorry games from downstairs and the coffee pod machine that made our stay extra special. Stefan was a welcoming and commutative host who was only too happy to come around at short notice to help is work the washing machine when I was unable to start it (entirely user error as Stefan had it starting at the push of a button) I would recommend this stay to anyone planing time in Augsburg.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Waldrand. Der Weg in den Wald beginnt neben dem Haus. Der kleine Garten ist schön und bietet die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen und zu liegen. Das Haus ist wie in der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist fantastisch ausgestattet und macht kochen wie Zuhause möglich. Im Haus gibt es viele kleine Dinge, die den Standard hoch machen, wie z.B. Ladekabel am Bett für die drei gängigen Stecker. Lothar ist überaus freundlich und hat viele nützliche Informationen. Ich habe die Zeit in seinem Haus genossen.

The home is well located in a nice and quiet neigbourhood, walkable to the city center, you have a lot of caffe and bars. The apartment was clean and we had everything we wanted.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und genau wie in der Beschreibung. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich, gut erreichbar und haben alles getan, damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit – wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wie gewünscht eine ruhige Lage, die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung von Necla war wirklich super – sauber, gut gelegen und mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders schön: Meine Tante war so begeistert, dass sie in keiner anderen Airbnb-Unterkunft mehr ganz zufrieden war – sie hat alles ständig mit Neclas Wohnung verglichen! Ein echter Lieblingsort, den wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

The place is exactly as described. Dimitri is very helpful and responds to every communication. There is a bus stop nearby that can take you to the main station easily. The room is located on the 1st floor. You can carry your luggage up about 10 steps, which is easy to access. The room is big enough for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. However, you should be aware that there is only 1 bathroom, so you need to plan and take turns.

Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen, die Gastgeber Irina und Dominik waren sehr freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend! Die Stadt ist schnell und einfach zu erreichen und selbst wenn man nicht in die Stadt möchte ist in der Unterkunft alles gegeben um vor Ort Erholung oder Spaß zu haben.

The house was clean, spacious and nice! It matched exactly the pictures. It was in a quiet area with lots of parking spots outside. The host was very responsive and kind! We enjoyed our stay.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Sandra ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin mit super schneller Reaktionszeit. Die Unterkunft war perfekt - sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt.

acogedora casa con terraza en entorno natural y tranquilo, la casa tiene todo lo necesario y ademas en el exterior una terraza con jardin apta para niños. Wolfgan estuvo muy atento y ante cualquier pequeño problema siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos. Un 10!!!

Een prachtig knus huis. Precies wat je hoopt als je via Airbnb boekt. Door de tuin, de houtkachel en het ontbijtterras in de ochtendzon hadden we een heerlijke week. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Heel rustig, maar genoeg te doen vlakbij.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem tollen Haus! Sehr modern, schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Umgebung am Brombachsee hat uns auch extrem gut gefallen - ein schöner großer Badesee mit zahlreichen Stränden, vielen verschiedenen Aktivitäten (Fahrrad, Wakeboard, Beachvolleyball, Aquapark, etc.) und Restaurants. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. :)

Жилье находится в частном доме расположено на двух этажах. Первый этаж: салон, кухня, печка, туалет и душ, стиральная машина и сушилка. На втором этаже три спальни (ночью надо спускаться в туалет по лестнице). Обогрев спальных комнат с помощью электрических обогревателей, коридор, кухня и салон обогреваются с помощью дровяной печки. При нашем въезде Кати затопила нам печку, так что было вечером и ночью очень тепло и приятно. Кати объяснила как самим затопить печку и мы с удовольствием это делали в последующие дни. На кухне всё оборудовано для 4-5 человек включая посудомоечную машину, чайник, кофеварку, есть мешки для мусора, полотенца и т.д. Нам не хватало только микроволновой печи. В душевой кран с водой был тугой, детям было сложно самим открыть воду. Затемнение окон, жалюзей или штор в спальнях нет. По нашей просьбе Кати предоставила нам временое решение для затемления окон. Общее оформление дома очень аккуратное и красивое, с вниманием к дизайну. Нам понравилось, рекомендуем

The house is wonderful, spacious, warm and beautifully furnished, everything you need is there and more besides. And a lovely sauna! Very kind and responsive hosts, they sorted out a minor hitch for us very promptly. They were friendly and helpful, left us to it but were there if we needed anything. Can't fault it at all, thank you so much, we had a great stay.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt – sehr zu empfehlen! Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Alles war genau so, wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar besser. Die Wohnung/Das Haus war makellos sauber, sehr komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit war von Anfang an hervorragend – sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Fue un lugar confiable , limpio y los anfitriones excelentes. Cumplieron las expectativas. Hasta un taxi me hicieron el favor de llamar . Si vuelvo a Alemania rentaría de nuevo este lugar .

Die Unterkunft war sauber & ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz ist zwar etwas weiter weg, dennoch war die Unterkunft gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig. Auch der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und gab uns hilfreiche Instruktionen. Der Check-In verlief einwandfrei.

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

Die Wohnung von Franziska war sehr gut ausgestattet und auch mit einigen Extras versehen die sonst nicht üblich sind. Zum Beispiel: Kaffeekapseln, viele Handtücher, Bodylotion,… ein besonderer Pluspunkt war die tolle Terrasse, die bei gutem Wetter natürlich mega war. Franziska ist sehr nett und herzlich. Die Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Sehr gerne wieder! 🤗

Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und sie haben uns auch einen frühen Check in möglich gemacht.. Jede Frage zur Umgebung und Erreichbarkeit von Zielen wurde zuvorkommend beantwortet... Auch mit Kindern sehr gut nutzbar. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles
