My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Our house is situated in Bratislava´s quite neighborhood Raca. This area is famous for its rich winemaking tradition. 5 minutes on foot from house one can find big area of wineyards, woods, swimming area suitable for sports activities such as cycling, tracking and swimming. Quality local restaurants, traditional wine cellars and pubs can be found within the same area. Our apartment house is modern, well maintained and suitable for up to 14 people with 5 separate rooms with own bathrooms.

Slovak cottage in the Carpathians near Bratislava

The traditional Slovak cottage from the 1960s has a ground floor living room with a fireplace, a shared kitchen with equipment, a gas stove with oven. Shared bathroom with shower and separate shared toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms with three double beds and extra beds. More sleeping possible in the living room. Each room also has separate electric heating. Electromagnetic smog negligible. There is also an outdoor gazebo with outdoor seating and a natural fireplace.

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.
