Villa holiday rentals in Peyia

We had an amazing 2 weeks staying at such a beautiful villa. We are familiar with the area so for us was very easy to find and to get around. Beverley is an amazing host and responds to any questions extremely quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending this for a lovely peaceful holiday. We ❤️ Cyprus.

We were very happy by our stay in George's villa. The location is very good. The place has all of the necessary amenities and more. George was very helpful. Hope to be back there soon.

This villa was lovely,even more so than the photos spacious ,clean just lovely,the pool was a lovely size ! We had a fabulous time ! Pradeep was the perfect host ,always answered any questions,very helpful,we also had a late flight so all the shops were closed but Pradeep had left us some milk,bread etc just a lovely touch ! The area itself is beautiful very peaceful,private ! Lovely villa Lovely host !!!

The villa exceeded all expectations! We are a family of six, parents and teenagers. The villa is beautiful and equipped with everything you need (including tablecloths and candles for beauty, wine glasses, dishes for eight people, BBQ utensils, and everything you need to operate a cozy kitchen). The view is amazing, not a small pool faces a great view of the sea, sun sofas and a dining area inside and out. The rooms are all facing the sea and there are four toilets- everything is clean and cozy. The host is available for any questions and recommendations, the walk to the sea is short (three minutes walk) - the villa looks exactly like the pictures. We would definitely come back again!!

You will not regret staying here! John's villa is an absolutely perfect holiday home. John has gone to great lengths to ensure guests feel like it's a home from home, superbly clean with every detail thought of. From a well stocked kitchen (including all appliances, even an ice cream maker!) to towels for bathrooms and pool use included, to the most in-depth welcome book with recommendations of restuarants and trips. John met us in person (despite our late flight) and was there to say goodbye at the end. He also cleaned the pool halfway through are stay. The villa is simply beautiful, in quiet surroundings yet only 10mins from Paphos. We had an unforgettable time here. The pool is so warm (thanks to a thermal cover) and the hot tub amazing. Two BBQs with gas or charcoal. Locally we visited the waterpark, archeological sites, the zoo (and fed the lemurs), fantastic beaches, and a longer trip to Troodos (we recommend visiting Omodos and Kykkos Monastery). We had the best time at Jens AirBnB. It was easy to find, clean, spacious and exactly as described. Communication was always quick and easy. We definitely would come back and can't recommand this place enough. Thank you so much for everything Jens!!!

This was our first Airbnb experience and it exceeded our expectations. Excellent communication with Andreas and Tina before and during our stay. The villa was spotless with extra touches such as fresh bread, milk, marg, eggs etc .. even a bottle of wine and some lager. Very thoughtful. The villa is lovely, contains everything you need to make your stay perfect. Would definitely recommend this villa. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to some lovely taverns along the coast. Coral bay strip was about 20mins walk - lots of restaurants. Our favourite was coral king restaurant. Supermarket had everything and more.

We searched and found an oasis of peace with a pool and proximity to the beach and nice places. Very attentive hostess who was concerned for our well-being. Beautiful garden area with chiller lounge on the 1st floor, large kitchen with living room. We were here as a family of 4 and would be happy to come back.

David was a fantastic host. It felt like nothing was too much trouble. Always on hand when we had questions and quick to respond. The Villa is beautiful and it would be hard to beat the view from the terrace/pool area! Stunning! Would not hesitate to book this villa again in the future. If you're a Brit visiting Cyprus for the first time, hire a car as they drive on the same side as us, so it was really easy to get around. Also plug sockets are the same, so no need for adaptors!

Lovely spacious villa - perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Sea view won’t last long once the building of the new villas in front is complete.

We had such a great stay at this villa! It’s beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. The area is really quiet and peaceful, with an amazing view. The garden is huge and the pool was perfect. Florin was super responsive and took care of everything we needed. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

Beautiful villa and the views are fantastic. Pool was maintained during our stay too. Beds and pillows are extremely firm, could possibly be softer for a better nights sleep. The area was very quiet and tranquil but within a five minute walk to the main road and nearest bus stop (buses running every 20 minutes and cheap tickets, €2 each journey or a day ticket for €6.50). Can’t fault the experience and would definitely use them again.

Plenty of space for family of 7. Car hire essential as it’s a bit of a walk to shops / beach.

Great place to stay, quite literally a 30 second walk to the beach from the garden (if that), well placed within a reasonable distance to most amenities and exploration spots! Kitchen could have done with slightly more utensil and but we otherwise survived! Would happily come back.

An amazing house with everything you could possibly need, from kitchen utensils, outdoor kitchen, beautiful quality bedding, lots of towels and toiletries, there is nothing missing. Great selection of toys and books for all ages. We travelled with two toddlers and a baby and everything was available before we arrived, including all equipment needed and lots of fresh fruit, bread, milk etc. The kids loved the heated swimming pool. The house is spotless and very well maintained. A fantastic villa made only better by the fabulous host, Cristina. Cristina could not have been more helpful for anything we needed, she was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Cristina made excellent recommendations for restaurants and advised of local sights and things to do. A car is needed but the villa views and surrounding area are beautiful and it is perfect for relaxation. I would really highly recommend Cristina’s place and I hope to stay again!

The reality exceeded expectations, the villa is located in a very quiet area with beautiful sunsets and sea views, very clean and spacious, each room had air conditioning, each bedroom had its own bathroom. The host Stas was very friendly and helpful, we had a wonderful time at the villa, we will definitely come again.

The stay was great! It was as described. The internet did not go through the first few days, but by plugging in the router and unplugging the router could be remedied. The location is great! You have been welcomed quietly and pleasantly in the village. A few minutes walk away is a supermarket, an ice cream shop and in high summer certainly also a beach bar. You had direct access to the beach but you had to walk through fields to get there. In general, it was great! We ( grandpa, father, mother, daughter ) enjoyed it very much! PS: But you absolutely need a rental car for all activities!

Great stay in a peaceful Villa in a pleasant location. Local restaurants and a small supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Paphos centre a 15 minute drive and Coral Bay a 10 minute drive. The Villa is spacious and has all the amenities for self catering. Large deep pool and which gets the sun all day. Alexia responded to our enquiries promptly. We will happily return again in the future.

This is a great Villa. Spacious, relaxing and comfortable. The view towards the sea is peaceful and the ariel display of swallows feeding their young at this time of year was memorable. Keith is the most responsive host I have experienced on Airbnb. Any questions were answered within a matter of moments. I would not hesitate to recommend the villa or Keith as a host. Thank you.

A beautiful villa on a mountain, with a few neighbours. Very spacious and clean. The view is breathtaking. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning, when needed was very adequate. I’d say you do need a car to get to the shops, bars & restaurants. It’s a beautiful area not far (in a car) from Coral beach with the great selection of restaurants and little beach shops. There’s even goats behind the villa living on the mountain side. Incredible!! A perfect place to relax and unwind. Definitely recommend

Greate private house in an upscale neighborhood with everything you need for a quite familiy location (incl. pool and bbq). Liza was responsive and easy going.

Michael is a great host. He was very responsive & made us feel very welcome. The house is lovely and had everything we wanted. The boys enjoyed the heated pool which was really appreciated as the weather wasn’t great during our first week. Michael provided a comprehensive handbook of the villa which was helpful.
